The hotel is located on a hill and has underground parking. The breakfast is plentiful and filling. There's no elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage to your room. The male receptionist at check-in was very humorous and helpful!

I believe at one point, some time ago, this was a 4 star “resort”. Not anymore. Our A/C did not work and they could not fix it while we were there. No real bar area and would have to give them a period of time to use the spa (to heat things up). Staff was friendly and did what they could.

We were here many times. Tranquill, peaceful place with atmosphere. Car highly recomended, because it is far away from main road. Owner is a very nice and helpful lady. If you like calm, picturesque places, you will be amazed.

The view is astonishing and to get there is kind of an adventure, but it is definitely worth. Surrounded by the silence in nature are cozy apartments with all the essentials. Also for big families or group of friends.

We really liked the employees and the property is beautiful, our only complaint is we are from Miami and during some cold nights we were told they could not make the rooms any warmer due to laws in Italy to save on energy. We stayed in many places around Italy for almost a full month and never had an issue in any other location.

We ate here several times during our stay in Tuskany. I had roast pigeon and a couple of days later the steak Florentine. It was really great, specially the steak. However, bring along a craving, a hunger, because this is a really really big steak.

I visited here with my parents. Great rooms and amazing location. Giuseppe from the front desk is particularly helpful and polite, but pretty much the whole staff is nice. Be advised that there is infrequent bus connectivity to the main city, so make plans accordingly. Overall worth a revisit.

Highly reccomended place to stay in Firenzi. Rooms are really confortable and very clean, owner Linda is very friendly and helpful with the tour reccomendations. We could not check in straight away because the hotel's door was closed, we called the phone number many times before they answered and finally opened the door. Rooms are clean, breakfast is a simple croissant and coffee at a local pasticceria.

My stay at JOIVY Together Urban Resort was wonderful! The staff were incredibly helpful with getting around and made everything so easy. Room was tiny and no aircon working . The hotel staff told us that we can’t use aircon as it’s a “hotel policy “ plus the hotel very far from the city. Won’t recommend . But breakfast was ok

The hotel has a nice pool area, breakfast is excellent. The room air condition work only while you are inside the room, shower is to small. good customer service

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The hotel and room was new, nice and clean. There is a free shuttle bus that beings you to the centre of Florence, to the perfect spot newr the Ponte Veggio. We got back with the bus 23B. Breakfast was nice, with lots of cappuccino’s. A tip for the breakfast: bake the bread in the morning🙈
