The hotel is located on a hill and has underground parking. The breakfast is plentiful and filling. There's no elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage to your room. The male receptionist at check-in was very humorous and helpful!

I believe at one point, some time ago, this was a 4 star “resort”. Not anymore. Our A/C did not work and they could not fix it while we were there. No real bar area and would have to give them a period of time to use the spa (to heat things up). Staff was friendly and did what they could.

We really liked the employees and the property is beautiful, our only complaint is we are from Miami and during some cold nights we were told they could not make the rooms any warmer due to laws in Italy to save on energy. Amazing place! We really wanted nature around and the hotel fully met our expectations! Everything is clean and cozy. Breakfasts are delicious

It’s a bit away from city centre but very nice rooms with kitchen. There is a nice outdoor swimming pool and the heating system will be installed soon. Good public transportation to Florence. Very nice people. Please make sure to book the table for dinner to avoid disappointment since there is no other restaurant nearby in the walking distance.

Poor wheelchair acessibility (seperate door), no disabled parking spaces, access to the dining room/ restaurant meant going outside and in another door due to no ramps inside the hotel, ok in summer but not in winter/ wet weather. This is a personal opinion, others may not feel the same way.

It has a bus stop right outside the hotel. Which is very convenient. The room was Just enough staying for a night. Don’t expect too much.

Everything is fine for this price. Best to improve the service from the hotel staff.

This is a very old hotel. The breakfast initially felt stale (perhaps leftovers from yesterday?). The ham and fruit were a bit off. The room was clean, but very dated. The front desk staff was friendly, but it felt like most of the staff lacked grammatical English. The official photos did show the poolside breakfast, but the hotel exterior and lobby were old, with stained and damaged walls, a stark...

I personally feel that this price is very cost-effective, and it takes 20 minutes to get to the city center by bus. It feels great to have breakfast by the swimming pool every day.

Conveniently located just off the motorway and not far from Venezia. Very dated but cute rooms and decor and reasonable price, along with friendly staff make it worthwhile

Affordable place for overnight stays. The location is on the outskirts of Florence and there are very limited facilities/shops nearby.

Clean rooms and excellent breakfast

Excellent location, breakfast options, staff and the bus stop was nearby for easy access. Will definitely return to this location in the future.

A very comfortable hotel. The rooms are very stylish and there is tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The room has air conditioning as well as large windows that can be opened. The breakfast was lovely especially the honeycomb. There were yogurts. Fruit pastries and eggs/ toast and beans(Florence style). A little out of the main city centre but on a bus route(10 mins) or a 20 min walk.

The most luxurious and spacious hotel in the whole of our Italy trip. There were buses around the hotel that takes you to the centre of Florence. Daily cleaning was provided too which we appreciated! The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. The furnishings are luxurious, we especially enjoyed using the projector and there was even a washing machine even though we did not use it. Lovely stay Our room was small but had everything and was spotlessly clean . Everyone was very friendly and helpful , breakfast was good
