Very pleasant person at the desk (Marietta and her colleague). They did their best to please us. Many informations about the tour in Firenze and many things to visit around the hotel. The breakfast was good just a problem with the coffee machine as the coffee and chocolate was really light (too much water). Nothing important anyway. 2 bottles of fresh water per day and a mosquito reppelent were offered and much appreciated ! The room was clean and the airco was working perfectly. The last day, they kindly keep our wine and Oliva oil by the desk as the temperature was too high to let it in the car during our tour to Firenze. Thanks again for your help !

We spent one night in this beautiful hotel. The room was one of the nicest and most spacious we experienced in almost 3 weeks in Italy. Beautiful wood furniture, good bed and air conditioning, and a very nice bathroom. Included breakfast was very good and the staff were professional and helpful. Room was very clean and quiet.

Quiet place but in the center and at the same time close to the most important trekking routes in the area. Excellent cleanliness of common areas, acceptable room cleanliness. Staff absolutely to be reviewed and cause several inconveniences due to disorganization and lack of friendliness. We requested reserved parking at the facility, they accepted our request and the evening before leaving they wrote to us to go and park at the Fiesole public car park nearby. We point out that there must have been a mistake and they blame us by saying that we requested the double bed and not the parking. The only room available was a double room at the time of booking so we did not need a special request in this regard and we had the parking request accepted. When we arrived in the afternoon they pretended nothing had happened and gave us the parking space. Second day of breakfast we had to queue to eat as they only had 7 tables out of 25 rooms. We start to eat something standing, like other guests, and the annoyed owner blames us for all arriving at the same time. Half-frozen yogurt has caused dysentery in several guests. Third day we go at the opening of breakfast time: pressure to eat quickly and they counted what we ate. Worst breakfast experience of our life, never happened before

The hotel itself is very nice, very clean and has good bed in a spacy room. The parking has a little difficult access and if you have a big car would be a problem to Park in the hotel's parking..

from their site I found an offer with a discount of 15% for a double in mid-June, 76€ with breakfast. the location is great, right in fiesole. there is no need to book the private parking which costs 10€, in fiesole, there are parking spaces free of charge. the room is basic but fresh at the right point, clean, maybe pillows a bit flat, but that's a detail. simple and nice breakfast. from advise.

We were in this hotel two days. Hotel was situated a couple hundred meters over the village center. Reachable by car, but you have to have courage to go very narrow “street” sharp up to hill. There was couple parking place to visitors. By bus to center of Florence 30-45 minutes (5 km).
Hotel itself has seen its best days a long time ago. Overpriced! Rooms was clean but old fashioned a bad way. Air conditioning works, but shower, hair dryer, beds and pillows not. Bed was awful to sleep. I make a complain about things. As a replicate I got one parking day free.
Breakfast was poor and madam unfriendly (without language skills?). Pictures taken by owner was “photoshopped “. Definitely not recommend.
