During our vacation, we stayed in several hotels in different cities, and this one was by far the best! The staff were very friendly, the location was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was always spotless. Most importantly, there was convenient parking with a permit for the ZTL area. Many thanks to the staff for making our stay truly unforgettable!

We had a wonderful stay in Volterra! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The breakfast was excellent, everything was very clean, and the staff was incredibly kind. We 100% recommend this place!

Located just within the walls, La Locanda was the perfect location for exploring Volterra. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. There is convenient parking close to the hotel.

Great location. Near lots of lovely restaurants and shops. Staff are fabulous and so helpful. The room we had was clean and spacious. The bathroom had been redone in last few years. It was spacious and had everything required. Car parking is 3 mins walk and costs €2 per hour or €12 for the day.

I stayed at Cappuccina Resort few days ago and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. My room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool area with stylish loungers was the highlight of the hotel. Perfect for a refreshing dip or just unwinding under the sun. The coffee line is very long. You may want to consider having two coffee machines in two separate locations in the cafeteria to resolve this problem.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The breakfast, location- view from our room we couldn’t ask for more. The staff were awesome they did everything I even questioned if they ever went home - they work very hard and do many different duties. I would stay here again in a minute.

The views from the property were beautiful. There is a restaurant on site but we only had breakfast there and ate out the other evenings. We were there for 3 nights. It is about a 8 minute walk to the town center. The wifi was steong.

The room for two people is very small and you need to be strategic on how to walk around the room while also accessing two middle size pieces of luggage because there is not room to keep the luggage on the floor without tripping. An amazing stay, we could not have asked for a better experience. Great location for exploring the hill towns. The staff and property were amazing. The staff took great care of us. Found us a late night taxi to take us to and from wedding at wine villa. Served Beers after bar was closed (fyi— the bar was never open). Made up the room even with do not disturb on door. Easy, close parking!

An okay hotel, but a bit neglected facilities that could use some modernisation. Staff was friendly and nice breakfast, but the rooms feels a bit dusty and out of date. Nice area though with some good restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing for a short stay near Chianti Classico. It’s a strategic location and close to all the main spots in the region.

The view from the hotel is stunning that's it... This hotel as all the potential to be a jewel in San Miniato but boy there is some work to do. What a wonderful Hotel this is. The reception team are very professional and helpful. We booked two superior rooms, they were excellent with top quality facilities and wonderful balcony view. The staff at the front desk were exceptional with their assistance. It was above and beyond. And the rooftop breakfast was very good. The staff were eager and happy to assist. The evening cocktail hour on the rooftop was very pleasant. And once again the staff were great.

Wow, very impressed with this new property. Wonderful staff, incredible room with great amenities and spaciousness, and what a view - right across the street from the beach. The area of Cecina where it is located is very lively with many restaurants. Will definitely be back next time we are in Tuscany.

This is the most 5 star, 4 start hotel I’ve ever been to. From the minute we walked in, until the minute we left, the staff was incredible and kind. The hotel room was immaculate. So clean. Smelled so good. The rooftop pool, bar, restaurant was so nice and fairly priced for such a nice hotel. The staff was always eager to ensure we were satisfied and happy. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel

We stayed in the junior suite. Room was big and mostly clean, although we found the empty shampoo bottles from the previous guests. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. The suite could have been furnished better, felt very empty. The jacuzzi tub not only didn't work, but was difficult to use as a regular bathtub as there was only the option to fill with the wand which was slow and only provided tepid water...

Really nice hotel. Big spacy room. Good swimming pool. Enough parking places (in half of September). Close to the beach (150m). Free bike for 2 Hours a day. (In a little bit terrible condition, but really funny (And funky). Good and tasty breakfast. I can recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was Italian Breakfast- croissants, breads, cookies, hard boiled eggs. Room was clean, a little dark, but nice shower. Hair dryer was awful! Couldn’t get air conditioning to work, but opened windows for beautiful cool air at night.

We had a nice week at this hotel a lovely relaxing pool nice spa and massage too! Breakfast is fine but the restaurant evening meal options are poor also the service was extremely slow we waited 45mins for dinner to come after ordering so did others!! One of the best places I've stayed... Right in the heart of the small town on the beach with spectacular wineries all around and wonderful accommodations... The five sea water spa pools were amazing, we used every day. Staying here made me want to buy a place in this town.
