We had a wonderful stay in Volterra! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The breakfast was excellent, everything was very clean, and the staff was incredibly kind. We 100% recommend this place!

During our vacation, we stayed in several hotels in different cities, and this one was by far the best! The staff were very friendly, the location was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was always spotless. Most importantly, there was convenient parking with a permit for the ZTL area. I stayed at Cappuccina Resort few days ago and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. My room was spacious and clean. This resort has a rich breakfast and a large swimming pool, which is very suitable for summer vacation. From the observation deck, you can see the small town of San Gimignano, which is known as the "City of a Hundred Towers". It is about 2 kilometers away on foot.

My husband and I spent a week in this heavenly place where peace and tranquility reigns. Immersed in nature and within walking distance of Siena, San Gimignano and other tourist attractions. The view from the hotel is stunning that's it... This hotel as all the potential to be a jewel in San Miniato but boy there is some work to do. This is the most 5 star, 4 start hotel I’ve ever been to. From the minute we walked in, until the minute we left, the staff was incredible and kind. The hotel room was immaculate. So clean. We stayed in the junior suite. Room was big and mostly clean, although we found the empty shampoo bottles from the previous guests. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. The suite could have been furnished better, felt very empty. The jacuzzi tub not only didn't work, but was difficult to use as a regular bathtub as there was only the option to fill with the wand which was slow and only provided tepid water...

The place is perfect for your vacation. Very relaxing. The place is very nice and confortable. We stayed in Villa with 2 Rooms and its perfect for a family with children. The kitchen is clean and you habe everything that u need. Outside you habe also a dining table. We eat always outside and enjoy the perfect weather and very nice environment. This is my fourth visit to Sorbizzi and once again I cannot fault anything. Facilities, people, accommodation and location is perfect and makes going away with family a very special occasion!

Friendly stuff, nice place, very positive experience. The beds were not too comfortable and we were surprised that there was no oven in the apartment, but I cannot say any other negativity about it. 😁

Breakfast was Italian Breakfast- croissants, breads, cookies, hard boiled eggs. Room was clean, a little dark, but nice shower. Hair dryer was awful! Couldn’t get air conditioning to work, but opened windows for beautiful cool air at night.

Very comfortable apartment in a quite Tuscany area. The room and the bathroom is big enough for three people and nicely furnished. You can take your breakfast outside in the shadow. They serve gluten-free bread, cookies and lactose-free milk also and kind staff helps you all the time.
