Breakfast was Italian Breakfast- croissants, breads, cookies, hard boiled eggs. Room was clean, a little dark, but nice shower. Hair dryer was awful! Couldn’t get air conditioning to work, but opened windows for beautiful cool air at night.

We had a great time in this fantastic little hotel. The bedroom was very clean and the receptionist was very lovely and gave us all information. We have had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very delicious. We have ordered probably too much as we were very full after dinner. The breakfast was good with everything you needed. There is a lot of free parking at the hotel and we would certainly go back. Thank you very much.

Room was great however if we used the kitchen it was another €50 which was not disclosed until after we booked it. Pool was not open either.

Rented an apartment for 4 days and really enjoyed the stay. As we cooked our own food every day, we didn't visit the restaurant below. The breakfast is acceptable, but not more than that. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, the pool isn't that big, but does the job. There are only two sunbeds to every apartment/room, even though you can be up to 4 persons in the apartments/rooms. We were 3, so actually missed a sunbed. Other visitors were 4 and therefore missed 2 sunbeds. At the end of the day we liked the place and if you can live with the lack of sunbeds, do visit!

Very comfortable apartment in a quite Tuscany area. The room and the bathroom is big enough for three people and nicely furnished. You can take your breakfast outside in the shadow. They serve gluten-free bread, cookies and lactose-free milk also and kind staff helps you all the time. We loved the swimming pool looking to the hillsides and not busy at all, you really can relax. 5 minutes drive to Empoli where you can leave your car and travel fast with train to Firenze and Pisa and to a lot of destination even to the seaside. The restaurant is open in the evening. It worth to try, has very wide selection. Very busy, so you should reserve a table.

This is a very cute Bed & Breakfast in Empoli. It was an easy to find location, with cute , fairly simple rooms, a nice pool, and has very friendly staff. It was nice place to stay for a couple of days with my family. The breakfast was good well. We will definitely come back if we are staying in the area.
