Hotel was ok, booked double room got twin room. As well hotel was not easiest to communicate.

Nice hotel satisfy everyone in family
Very clean, comfortable. Free parking on the street. We are happy to stay here to visit San Gimignano the next day.

Good Value for the cost !
The hotel was good value for the price. The room was clean. The hotel is in a good, safe area. The A/C was able to keep up with the 98F temps outside. Check in was easy. The breakfast was very good. Parking is a little tricky but not to bad. The only issues we had with our room was the safe wouldnt work in one room even after they tried to fix it and there was no safe in our second room and the hot water in the shower would increase and decrease on its own. The beds and pillows were good. We would stay here again!

Room was nice and spacious. Air conditioner barely kept up with the heat. Had mosquitoes in the room the second night and don’t know how it got in the room. Overall all it’s a decent place to stay.

We walked out as it had BLACK mold everywhere - the door to the room had to be opened with the manager’s shoulder, and then he refused to give us a different room. The mattress was completely filthy and broken. - we called YOU ******* and you did nothing but prolong our pain!!!! You kept us on the phone as myself and my children dragged our belongings through the streets to the train station before to Florence !!!!! When we asked you to re book us in Florence we were told you had to call

It's disgusting. It's just a three-minute difference and the reservation time is wrong by one day. I won't change it. Even if I asked to pay more, it's still not allowed, so I had to give up.

I liked the breakfast, lots of choice and was until 10am- quite late. So, I didn't have the pressure to wake up very early for the breakfast.

Mr Benjamin very nice person. He gave us welcome drink, white wine and before we check out in the morning he gave us a cup of hot caffe

Not very bad place to stay for one night if you are on transit. The hotel is 3 stars and a little bit tired, needs to be renovated. On my opinion, the hotel is stocked in 70's
