A truly amazing place to stay...a beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms and a wonderful spa. Our junior suite was so comfortable and elegant, with an incredible view. The breakfast was delicious and very well priced. Every member of staff was friendly, kind, and very helpful. We were sad to leave...highly recommended. P.S. For those still nervous about traveling during the pandemic, I can confirm that Covid-19 protocols were fully followed.

Cortona is already a great base for exploring the surrounding Tuscany and Umbria, but this hotel is simply stunning in terms of location and origins. A monastery converted into a hotel, it took almost 10 years to restore its architectural features. Simply impressive. The spacious rooms are always impeccably cleaned, and if you're lucky, some offer fantastic views of the valley. The spa is simply beautifully designed. The staff is still in training, but is exceptional in terms of kindness and efficiency. Breakfast by the pool in good weather is simply poetic. The future of this hotel is limitless, and I wish them all the best in the future. They all deserve it.

The best holiday I have ever been on. A wonderful place where you are awaited and pampered in all your needs.... Where you will find everything in order... Everything is perfect... Where the staff is "your guardian angel"... Always ready to fulfill your every request... They are special people with great compassion and a common goal - to make you forget this experience... And with us, as with others, they succeeded... We will always carry them in our hearts... but there is hope to visit them again. ENDLESS THANKS!

A charming place immersed in absolute tranquility (no noise inside or outside the hotel). The staff is very polite and attentive to all guests' needs. The brunches available at the bar are very good, and the spa offers excellent amenities. The hotel is located in the historic district, a few minutes' walk away. Given the type of hotel, I wouldn't recommend it for couples with small children.

Everything was perfect! Would like to give this Property a 6 Star rating. The staff made you feel like royalty!!

Our arrival experience was less than stellar for a warm welcome to property. Front desk associate was very cold and accusatory of the situation we encountered outside of the property. We have traveled extensively and I expected better arrival experience. It all changed for the better when we finally got to our amazing suite and befriending two amazing individuals in the hotel bar.
The roof top suite was absolutely amazing! The room is quiet, private and much larger than described on the site. We absolutely loved the room and the privacy. The rooftop suite is the best in the house!

Claudio in the bar and Salvatore the sommelier are stellar to guests, they turned around the entire experience! I let them know what had happened upon arrival and they immediately got the GM to reach out to us. Lara, the GM is amazing and quickly made our experience turn into something so special, as we wanted! She is an incredible woman and turned our stay into an incredible experience!
The breakfast is nothing less than wonderful and the service in their restaurants are so attentive and the food was delicious. Hands down, I would love to go back again. They certainly made things right by making our romantic stay, exactly what I wanted. They made us feel heard and valued and welcomed at this once in a lifetime experience.
We made friends that we will cherish and memories that we will never forget!
Claudio, Lara and Salvatore really made our stay exactly what we needed and wanted!

What a unique place. Near the top of the hill. Staff service and amenities were all great. Not an easy place to drive to. The taxis drive-in backwards the last eighth of a mile.

fabulous hotel with the most beautiful aperol spritz I have ever had served by the pool, and that was only one of the wonderful things I have to say about this beautiful hotel. The staff were helpful and accomodating, breakfast in the courtyard outstanding and our room was divine. Cant recommend this property enough.
