We had the pleasure of spending two wonderful nights at this hotel, and our experience was truly memorable from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were delighted to be upgraded to a spacious and beautifully appointed room, which made our stay even more comfortable.

The location is ideal, with a charming winery just a pleasant 10-minute walk away though I highly recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. The hotel’s swimming pool was another highlight; it is impeccably maintained and provides a serene atmosphere for relaxation, though advance reservations are required to secure a spot.

Breakfast each morning exceeded our expectations, offering a generous variety of fresh and flavorful options. The coffee, in particular, was exceptional rich, aromatic, and the perfect way to start the day.

Overall, the combination of warm hospitality, excellent facilities, and thoughtful details made our stay outstanding. We look forward to returning soon and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

One of the best hotels I’ve visited!

This place needs almost no comments, as it is one of those truly unique locations in Tuscany. We chose this hotel to enjoy the region and also to visit nearby Panzano, home of the famous butcher Dario Cecchini.

The hotel is exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and distinctive, offering a sense of authenticity that is increasingly rare. Everything about the stay felt special and memorable.

To make the experience even more charming, we were surprised at the end with a Christmas panettone, a thoughtful and warm gesture that perfectly reflects the spirit of this place. I would gladly return as many times as possible.

It was the worst experience of our trip with friends. Waitress was very rude and ignorant. Looks like the biggest problem for this bar was moving tables - we had to sit separately and the waitress said that we are close enough, she shouldn't be the one deciding if we are close enough... terrible service

Last minute check in to this very central hotel. Super friendly receptionist. Slightly faded common parts. Room was comfortable but was the last available so wasn’t their best! Breakfast was quite good

The property is beautifully old but be careful how much luggage you bring as there is no elevator, Only stairs.
Room is nice. Bathrooms nicely updated. No complaints!

A charming hotel with an amazing gracious staff. Loved the room for my six day stay with the ambiance of the vintage appeal. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and freshly made coffee of your choice
Large bike storage room for our group of 12 cyclists.
A wonderful place to visit and enjoy.

Cute hotel and room atmosphere with modern utilities. Good for visiting the town, parking is relatively ok just outside the ZTL, renovated bathroom, good bedding overall. Would consider staying again if visiting the area

Caffè San Niccolò, two years in a row a bad experience. Family of four, 12:30pm asking whether lunch was available. We were greeted (again) by a disgruntled woman who couldn’t be bothered and basically just turned us away. You may not be open for lunch yet (really??) but there’s no need to be so rude. Nevermind though because just a few steps away you will be greeted with a smile!
