According to Ctrip, this is a newly renovated hotel acquired by Hilton. Upon checking in, I was indeed impressed by the brand-new facilities and excellent service. The location is also incredibly convenient, right at the intersection of a restricted traffic zone. It was the most satisfying hotel during my entire month-long trip.

Cloud Lounge at the La Rosetta Hotel (Hilton) is a beautiful, refined space that perfectly complements Perugia’s historic charm. The hotel itself is elegant and welcoming, making the lounge an ideal place to relax and unwind after exploring the city.

Emanuele is the true highlight. His mezcal cocktails were outstanding — thoughtful, balanced, and clearly the work of a master craftsman. Beyond the drinks, he is a wealth of knowledge about Perugia and the surrounding area, always happy to share recommendations with warmth and ease.

Between the atmosphere of La Rosetta and Emanuele’s exceptional skill and friendliness, Cloud Lounge is an experience not to be missed

Location is excellent, right in the centre, rooms very spacious and comfortable, with nice bathrooms. All the standard amenities (but no kettle or coffee machine). Staff friendly and nice, even if they did mix up the bill at the end.
WiFi was occasionally slow, to the point where it didn't want to work. Breakfast is not bad, but apart from sweet things (yes, I know, Italian breakfast) it was pretty limited, with no vegetables of any kind, not even single tomato.

Clean place. Excellent central location for visiting the center of Perugia. Competent and very friendly staff. Small but cozy room with everything you need, clean bathroom. Highly recommended. The only downside is that it doesn't have private parking, but if you're lucky you can park in the adjacent square.

After reading several bad reviews, we were disappointed. Completely unjustified. Yes, the building is old, it could probably use a lick of paint and the furniture in the lobby cannot be called new. We think the service is excellent. There is always someone at the reception. Our bed turned out to be sagging, no problem at all, we were given another room, we were allowed to leave the things in the room in order and the bed would be changed the next day (it was almost midnight when we found out that we really weren't going to sleep well like that). ) to be repaired. Our room, 3rd floor on the corner, was not really big, but very attractive. With a beautiful view. The bathroom was very small, showering not ideal. The location is great! The beds sleep wonderfully! The breakfast was fine. Italian, so lots of sweet. But also bread, cheese, ham and salami. And eggs. In short: no, it is not a very luxurious resort. And the price doesn't reflect that either. But the location, the service, and the location :) make up for a lot. Very good price/quality ratio.

Very far from being a 4 star, old and poorly maintained rooms, non-existent cleanliness, room never cleaned in 3 nights, breakfast like a B&B at most. The only positive note is the staff at the reception who are always friendly. It's a shame, the gold in your hand and not knowing how to exploit it

Chosen for one night, passing through, given the privileged position at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Extremely far from a four star - the furnishings of the room are truly disheartening - it also has numerous deficiencies in cleanliness, a detail that has nothing to do with the age of the property, perhaps more with excessively distracted management. Strong point: the location right at the beginning of the very convenient pedestrian area. Weak points are the breakfast (the choice doesn't expand much) and the lack of a shower tray (bathtub) in the room. The structure and furnishings are very dated. Fair price.

Not worth 4 stars. Outdated structure. Dirty room despite the complaints, bathroom with shower broken for a long time, toilet next to the sink you have to get stuck to sit on, built-in fridge bar on the floor and above all the. Window sill covered in bird droppings. Not being able to open the window. I have photos of everything. I do not recommend
