Hotel Firenze in Abano Terme

I booked for nine nights, at the reception I was given the key to the fourth floor where they were doing some work, I stated that the hotel was practically empty and they could easily put me on the third floor. The second night, at 7 pm they started hammering and drilling in the room next door, I knocked and asked them to stop, the worker even seemed annoyed, the third night he started again, annoyed I knocked and told him that I had to spend another 5 nights, he told me that he had been commissioned by the hotel, so I went down to the hole and asked for clarification, either he stopped or they changed my room, they apologized saying that there had been a mix-up and that it wouldn't happen again.. in the meantime I had done some extras (pedicures and other things) and I went to pay for the extras, the clerk in addition to the extras asked me to pay for the entire stay.. What class, it had never happened to me before. last night the worker starts banging again, I lose my patience and without knocking I yell at him to stop, absolutely zero, I pack my bags and leave a day early, at the reception I pay for three coffees I hand over the keys and thank them for being able to send me away a night early, the young lady apologizes and tells me I can change rooms, the last night.. of course they won't refund me for the last night. If you want to use the bidet bring your own soap, for the gym get a tetanus shot, never cleaned in 8 days, forget about the Turkish bath, breakfast is fine, if you arrive first, if not you eat what's left.. and I could go on for a long time. Never again, they only got it right with the slippers.
