The hotel's location is just perfect! It's right by the park, so you can take a leisurely stroll whenever you want. Plus, it's super close to a shopping street, but not right on it, so you don't have to deal with all the hustle and bustle. We stayed here with the kids and hubby and got rooms next to each other. So convenient!

I just walked into the hotel and asked the gentleman who stay in front of the reception if I able to use the bathroom, but he was so rude and he didn’t let me in. He was cursing on me and pointed his finger to escort me from the promises. Emergency situation happens very often this should be handled on different way..

A very nice hotel from the outside and nice reception, but when you enter you immediately understand that it is overrated because: -At the entrance they made us pay the full price immediately and did not accompany us to the room -The room is old and with the carpet it is old, also uncomfortable bed with only two pillows (one flat and one softer) for both people (2). - Poor and poor breakfast and even worse service. At least the managers and staff were almost all nice and kind !!

The hotel in lobby looks new BUT THRN YOU SEE THE ROOMS AND they’re like a MOTEL or very old . I arrived to have the experience for spa and they said the janitor CLOSE EARLY 7:30 . But description never says time . They wasted my money , for 10$ I can have a better modern hotel everywhere not only lobby ! They close spa early even in America and Europe is early . MANAGER DID NOT WANT TO GIVE COMPENSATION , not even wanted to see proof because they know in booking it does not say . If he does not take of his management he will lose customers like now …

I booked this thru booking and it has been a bad experience . I got this for sauna and spa and when I arrived at 8:15 they told me they closed at 7:30 because janitor closed all spa . NOT FAIR , manager didn’t want to give compensation . NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY , pictures are really nice in google and in person they are very old. Only lobby is fixed modern. Booking.com was also in my side by saying that they close spa early and they have no right of is not posted , maybe after this they will post

The staff is very friendly, attentive and make me feel very welcome.
The hotel is central, close to cafes and Restaurants. In low season it's quite. The Breakfast has plenty of options for a balanced diet.
I would definitely come back again!

Very good service and location. Rooms are litlle bit old but they are clean. In general very good hotel for this price.

Great option for relaxation. Convenient location, spacious restaurant, excellent cuisine. Professional staff. Also, the lobby is quite lovely. First time in Abano Terme and very satisfied. The hotel was recommended by friends, and we can confirm the recommendation
