Hotel Terme Bologna in Abano Terme

We go there for aquafitness, so we just use those services. Location is very central, convenient to everything; pool lockers should be clean more often, the smell that comes leaves no doubt

The Bologna hotel enjoys an excellent central and convenient location in the city centre, you can easily reach the center on foot. The structure is in a classic style, only some rooms have been recently renovated, while the rest are dated with carpet. There is the possibility of staying there on both half board and full board basis, the menu offers classic dishes with the possibility of choosing the dishes of the day proposed by the chef from the menu. At the beginning of lunch and dinner the hotel offers buffet salad dishes. At breakfast the meals are buffet style and there are both very rich and varied sweet and savory dishes.
The hotel has two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor and a vast park with sun loungers to relax in the pool area (service included in the package for those staying in the hotel). To enter the pool you need to use a swimming cap.
However, the cleaning of the swimming pools should be reviewed and the presence of a lifeguard who is unfortunately missing would be useful.
There is a very convenient free internal parking in the structure.
The hotel's beauty center service is excellent, offering beauty services to all customers, the body massage service is interesting and excellent, the beauty center service is an extra service not included in the package if you stay in the hotel. There is also the possibility of doing inhalations and muds as an extra service present in the hotel, if you have a medical prescription you only pay the ticket, otherwise you have to pay for the medical examination and the service you are interested in to be able to access the inhalations/muds service, such as after all, this service is mirrored in all the structures present in Abano.
The staff is friendly and available for every request. Overall the structure offers a good service at a good price compared to other structures nearby.

Very friendly staff, good food, clean room. Unfortunately the hotel, which has great potential, has remained stuck in bygone eras, and would need a bit of restyling. The swimming pool area is beautiful, but with a few sunbeds always occupied by phantom customers. However, for the Immaculate Conception weekend the prices are competitive, especially for full board
