The hotel is in an excellent location and was ideal for our needs. The rooms are modern and impeccably clean. The spa facilities are of a very high standard. Management and staff were professional, attentive, and extremely helpful. We highly recommend dining at the hotel, as the food is excellent. Many thanks for the lovely birthday surprise. Hotel is 4 stars, but deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life! Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are so clean, and they clean it so well every day. There is a parking for your car just under the hotel. E-bikes are available for rent around 35€. Breakfast and dinner are absolutely amazing! So many options to choose from. Spa is clean and nice to have some days but my only concern would be that the outside pool was not as hot as I would like. Such a great experience!!

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Very kind staff. The person that presented us the hotel, Mrs Loretta, was extremely sweet to us. In terms of preparation and staff behavior, is honestly probably the best I ever seen. The temperature of the outside swimming pull is around 25-30º. Could be warmer but it is not bad! The inner swimming pool has an wonderful design and good temperature +30º

reasonably practical location to give access via a short drive to many trails. great amenities for the price point. staff culture was consistently welcoming, pleasant and helpful from all those we interacted with.

What an amazing hotel. The customer service is top notch especially from Abdo. The views are brilliant. The hotel kindly gave me a corner room with 2 balconies, both with mountain views. There is plenty of parking. 2 pools with 1 pool being a heated outdoor infinity pool with a sunset view.

I’ve just left my coat there and the staff are going out there way to get it back to me 10/10 customer service.

Lovely hotel. Terrible pillows.
The hotel was lovely and well situated. The only thing which could have improved the trip a lot was the quality of the pillows. They were very thin and lumpy and made it very difficult to sleep which did affect our trip. I would recommend bringing your own if you can fit it in your bag.

Absolutely gorgeous surroundings, with majestic mountains all around. The location is great because it’s close to Cortina but it isn’t that touristy and crowded. The hotel is on a quiet street yet close to restaurants and a supermarket. Parking is free. Guests can rent out bikes for free, and there’s a very long biking lane by the hotel so that was really fun.
Our junior suite was spacious, modern, and well-equipped, with a beautiful view. Safe and mini fridge in the room. Staff is nice, breakfast is delicious and plentiful.
A few things I didn’t like: WiFi was absolutely horrible in our room, it basically didn’t work—it worked better in other parts of the hotel.
I disliked the opening hours of the pool: it’s only open between 10:30-20:00, so no early morning or late night swim. The adults only pool section would be great, but it’s really small (pictures are deceiving as they make it look big) and the water is rather cold so it’s only comfortable in the summer heat. The pool area that is available for everyone could use a facelift.
Also, they use so much plastic in the rooms. I wish that glass was used instead of disposable plastic cups that are also individually wrapped in plastic. Big, refillable bottles of shampoo and liquid soap would also be better instead of the tiny little plastic bottles that are only enough for like one shower and then they’re thrown away.
