Park Hotel in Lignano Sabbiadoro

Unfortunately it's not a 4 stars Hotel. It should be downgraded to 3 stars.

Rooms:
The forniture is at least 10 to 15 years old and falling a part.
The fridge was shut down and empty (only two small waters inside)
The walls are falling a part and loosing bits.
The bed is very dirty and not nice to sleep on it. My back is now to through away.

Bathroom is also falling a part.

Balcony:
The doors of the balcony is not closing
And there are also security problems on the balcony structure.
(not for children)

Breakfast:
Not a 4 stars breakfast.
(juices are all from cheap Bravo juices)
The coffie Maschine is making a strange tasting and nasty cappuccino. The espresso is an American espresso.
The scrumble eggs are like chewinggum.

Whirlpool:
The whirlpool is used from too many people.
I never seen people in the morning cleaning or maintaining the whirlpool.
I hope the water mantainance and chemicals are automatically processed. Otherwise there is a bacteria party.

Swimmingpool looks ok but there is nowhere a structure bear to get a shower or feet washed before going to the whirlpool or pool.

Wlan/Wifi
Not working properly.
So if U have to send some staff for your job U are lost.
The people working in the Hotel are very friendly and professional.

On the second day the main door was broken and could be opened without a keycard, the a/c was pouring in front of the main door, the button for the automatic blinds just fell off and the balcony door still doesnt work. We have also been accused of losing our bikes even though they have been stolen. They tried to push us to say we lost them and the hotel director got extremly upset when we said what actually happened. She now says that we need to pay for all 3 bicycles in full for 750€. At least the general hotel staff were very nice and accomodating.

It is a 4-star hotel but the rooms are not up to par, very small and with the bathroom fixtures that absolutely need to be changed. The toilet service is incomplete and with poor products. On the other hand, there are two piacine and a jacuzzi that can be used.
