Aqua Marina Exclusive Village & Serviced Apartments with Olympic Swimming Pool in Caorle

I feel obliged to warn everyone against this hotel. I made a reservation via Booking here, which I canceled the very next day. However, the hotel, specifically Mr. Alessandro Grandi - the owner, illegally deducted the payment 2 months after cancelling my reservation! After many unsuccessful attempts to contact the hotel I had to ask the Booking for their support in order to get the payment refund. The hotel ignored also their requests, so they had take security measures. It was an unprecedented unpleasant experience for me and clearly - misuse of access to my card!!!

Terrible service! A man who met us didn't provide us with information about heating and hot water (that is for sure a duty of a hotel receptionist). There were no instructions in the room too. I called him at 11 and asked for a help. The communication wasn't easy as he didn't speak English. He came and started shouting hysterically at me and my mother (though I was polite with him). I was puzzled and asked for a hotel manager/owner number to deal with this unpleasant situation in a right way, but he just ran away shouting all the way down. Awful experience. (13/10/2017) Plus broken sofa in the dining room (impossible to unfold it). Couldn't imagine myself asking the same person for a help. And the last, I wouldn't recommend the area around Venice for autumn holidays. Too wet and chilly (see a terrible fog on my picture). Go south!
