The best and friendly customer service in the world
Disappointed parking distance 1550 steps small room and bathroom so much for an example the bathroom sink maybe it was fine for the barbi for sure I will not return
Excellent as a hotel excellent service competent staff a stone's throw from the beach. I highly recommend it.
Comfortable rooms and excellent service, do not miss anything! Also correct prices and above all super correct final counts !! The location 5 minutes from the center and 30 meters. from the beach is TOP !!!
We just left this morning Hotel Firenze after 7 nights holiday.
I can't praise enough this place. Nicoletta, Sidonia, Beatrice, the staff are way beyond being helpful and kind and they were doing their best to make us feel good and comfortable.
The food is very good and delicious, generous portions + the salad bar, the rooms are very clean.
The child friendly beach is a stone throw away and is very clean and the fact that is private is reflected in not being crowded.
Definitely we will be there next year again.
