The Hotel was perfect for what we wanted. The rooms are renovated and in good condition. The beach is only 50 meters from the hotel away, and you get an umbrella and teo sunbeds, with included beach safe! That was the best, we had no worries about going swimming together!
All in all we had a wonderful stay (:

Good hotel which is managed by family and that’s what you sense: friendly and flexibel. Close to the beach. Good parking spot dor the car. With the bike of the hotel you can go to the centre of Caorle. Most important is the friendly and flexibility of the staff.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with breakfast only. Small but clean and welcoming room. Bathroom also small but worked great. Simple breakfast and maybe not a lot of choice but it was all good. Super friendly and helpful staff. Beach 1 min with umbrella and deck chairs included in the price with safe under the umbrella. Approximately 20 minutes on foot from the center. What can I say ... We will keep in mind for sure if we ever decide to return to Caorle!

Excellent location both with respect to the sea and the city center. Located in a quiet and very quiet area.
Very friendly staff, cooking beyond expectations.
Impeccable cleaning both in the rooms and in the common areas. Rooms in the standard.

We stayed at this property for our beach holidays! Family-run hotel where you find the kindness and friendliness of the people who run it, congratulations.
Small but very cozy rooms, spotlessly clean and with new and modern furniture.
Possibility to eat on site even for a full board - simple but well-finished and good food.
Possibility of an adjoining beach which as a novelty offers an umbrella with a table that is complete with a safety drawer

I would say rather 2+ star then 3...breakfast is average, air-conditioning only once I asked, bathroom from the '80s, bed is too soft
