If you go to Gardaland then this hotel is must. They offer good deals with free Gardaland tickets.
Rooms are really nice, big, bathroom are perfect, beds were cozy.
Food was rally nice, you have a choice for everyone.
Free parking.
Free shuttle to the Gardaland, It goes every 30min I think.

Good room, big enough, and great beds - unfortunately, our bathroom was rather poorly cleaned, and there were brown stains all over the tiles 🙈

Otherwise, excellent and cleaned daily.

The breakfast selection is large, so there should be something for everyone - otherwise, you're just too picky. Unfortunately, I had no trouble finding clean dishes, but everything works out somehow 😅

Great shuttle to Gardaland - otherwise, it's out of the way, but that's fine, of course.

Clean rooms but a bit small for a family with 2 kids. The service was very good. There's a downside: the buffet restaurant closes at 9pm for dinner so we never got the chance to dine there since it closed early.

Stayed in Magic hotel because it's newer then the 2 others. But still it is getting outdated. Ice rooms are very pretty, we were very happy about it.
Unfortunately food was very average and staff especially in Tutankham restaurant is very ignorant. Service is poor, the face on some staff when they are beeing asked for something during service is ignorant. Ruins the hole experience. Breakfast options are very poor. The shuttle was very easy and convenient to take to gardaland.
Overall, Not sure if we will come again.

We were really looking forward to staying at Gardaland Hotel as part of a special family visit to the park. Unfortunately, due to a date selection mistake during booking, we accidentally reserved rooms for October instead of July.

We reached out to the hotel immediately after noticing the mistake — and explained the situation. The same rooms were still available online for our intended date, but at a higher rate. We kindly asked to modify the booking and were even willing to pay the price difference. Sadly, the hotel refused, citing their “non-changeable, non-refundable” policy — without even trying to offer any alternative solution.

As a result, not only did we lose money on the original booking, but we also decided not to visit Gardaland at all. The hotel lost the opportunity to earn three times more, and we, as guests, were left feeling that policies mattered more than people.

Disappointing experience for a place that should be all about magic and families.

The good: Nicely themed rooms close to the park. A few different food selections throughout the day and a very good breakfast buffet each morning was served. The pool was large and cool, perfect for after a hot day at the park. We did have to buy the swim caps for €7 at the pool cafe. The bad: Our room was dirty when we arrived which looked like maybe housekeeping had not been in from the last tenants. We were promptly moved to a different room by friendly housekeeping. The air conditioning was minimal and barely cooled the room. I also heard others complaining about this at reception. The bus line to the park was crowded and hot, ran only every 30 minutes, and seemed to be on its own schedule anyways. We ended up driving our own car after the first day to the park and paying the €10 parking fee. The hotel should run the bus every 15 minutes or cover the cost of the parking at the park.
