Hotel Florida in Lido di Jesolo

The stay at this hotel was sooo disappointing! I was there with my family in August 2021 and unfortunately, it was the worst hotel we have been in. Because of the pandemic, there was no breakfast buffet, but there were staff from the hotel serving a few things on your plate. The breakfast buffet was a pure fiasco - only 2 sorts of cheese, only pork sausages and salami, just 2 sorts of bread.... Dinner was a bit better. The majority of the staff were unfriendly and rude, with only a few exceptions. We spoke with many other hotel guests and they were all not happy with the service. Many even complained, but no one seemed to care as no efforts were made to improve anything for better. The only positive side of this hotel is the location. Sadly...

This hotel in Moscow is not booked and not paid, but upon arrival at the airport we were informed that will occupy us in the FLORIDA (went from the tour operator "Natalie tours"). In Lido di Jesolo, the rest is not the first time, there were 2*,3* and 4* but this hotel gave us a complete disappointment and ruined the whole vacation! The settlement had to wait until 17 PM, although the rooms in the hotel were free and cleaned Room went with to the sea (as we paid), and the garbage cans (where every evening until midnight was going through empty glass bottles!) On the balcony missing a rope for drying clothes, wet respectively.The room is absolutely cozy and not return it even not wanted.Mattresses not terribly comfortable.On the beach the first two pay-lines with a third line - free (umbrella+2lezhaka), in Lido di Jesolo meet the first time!!Most umbrellas broken (does not open). Beach area shared with HERON 3*. Separately want to highlight the food(we had half Board), we've seen a lot (lived even 2*), but we have never seen! Fruit not at all!!!For Breakfast we had cheese (1 species), leeward sausage (2 kinds),2 kinds of croissants. Boiled eggs, yogurts, eggs - no!! Most surprised and struck by the fact that drinks out of the kitchen (we don't see what is poured into cups), it's the only slot machine with juice in the pots in which endure water for tea, better not to look (covered in slime), the dishes all broken, glued, dirty. For dinner you can accompany with a buffet, which is more similar to Turkish food than Italian, there are slices of bread covered with ketchup. Saved by the fact that there was a bowl of cucumbers,tomatoes, carrots.Fruit,accordingly, also. For the week that we stayed in this hotel never gave or watermelon or peaches or grapes or pineapple, etc. Desserts are lacking (when we were surprised about dessert, we passed a piece of cake and scoop of ice cream). The kitchen is identical to the HERON hotel (one kitchen on 2 hotels), watched it from the balcony as the waiters ran with the dishes (the owner one). Contingent staying in this hotel are Germans and Russians (who are in this hotel not by choice), but because of khalatnost a tour operator, just as we do.
Of all I would like to highlight the guys who work the receptionist (Russian speaking no, but English is understood), are always ready to help and listen (Nicola,David).A few of the waiters in the dining room - the Turks (not in English say).The only plus is that the hotel is on the first line. The Intern is a separate issue. Every day, the receptionist needs to clear the cheques and to enter the password, catches the Internet only in the lobby (free).

Before voluntarily taking a tour in this hotel, I advise you to think about. The resort has a very good 3*!
