Reviews
The location is perfect — just a few steps from the beach and right in the city center. It's also very convenient for day trips to Venice.
The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed.
Our room was clean, cozy, and had a balcony with a sea view — falling asleep to the sound of the waves was a real treat.
Breakfasts were delicious and varied, with fresh pastries and fruit being a highlight.
Special thanks for the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.
We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside holiday!
I booked a studio room for 7 nights, from August 15th to 22nd. After a 4-hour flight followed by a 1-hour drive, I arrived at the hotel with my family, expecting a smooth check-in as per the confirmed reservation.
One of the key reasons I selected this property was the on-site parking, which was clearly included in the booking agreement. Upon arrival, the host refused to provide the agreed parking and instead directed me to a third-party parking facility located 650 meters away. This was completely unreasonable, especially considering the high summer temperatures in August and the fact that we were traveling with a baby. Walking 10+ minutes each way under the heat every time we needed the car was simply unacceptable.
Despite my attempts to resolve the matter with the host, Caterina (the receptionist and seems the only person who is running the hotel), the situation escalated. She became aggressive and, evicted us from the property, with a small child in tow.
This occurred during an Italian national holiday, making it literally impossible to find alternative accommodations nearby. After contacting over a dozen hotels in the area, all of which were fully booked, we were ultimately forced to travel a long distance and pay more than a double the standard rate just to secure a place to stay for the night.
This behavior was not only unprofessional but also inhumane. The host demonstrated a complete lack of empathy, responsibility, and hospitality.
Regarding the room itself, in my opinion, did not reflect the value for the price.
I have retained all written communication via email as evidence of room reservation.
In essence, we got scammed by the lady operating the hotel.
So, I strongly recommend others NOT to deal with this property to avoid potential distress, mistreatment, and disruption to your travel plans.
Walls are paper thin, so you hear EVERYTHING your neighbor does. Parking is…interesting. Bring a small car.
I’d definitely stay here again.
Edit: we stayed here in October, which is the “off season”. As they say in America, “your mileage may vary”. Your experience may differ. I understand the high season is…perhaps more complicated. Space is very tight in this town. You need to understand that parking is an issue everywhere, not just here. In my opinion, the owners have done everything they possibly can to make a stay here as smooth as possible.
