Positives: Basic Holiday Resort Hotel but if I can be clear , you don‘t have to wait too much abilities like City 3* Hotel. Just a Sea,Sun,Beach fine for the Family,

Negatives: Room was small,
the shower cabin drain was clogged,
room doesn’t have minibar.
Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for an extra fee.
15 minutes far away the Center.

Old Hotel near the beach, old uncomfortable beds, old uncomfortable chairs. You're not allowed to use the sunbeds the last day even if you're checking out 10:00h and the towels, the sheets and pillowcases were clean but so stinky (due to some strong cleaning agent like bleach ) that you can't sleep! The sunbeds are near the public toalet! The breakfast was ok..

I dont recommend it, i had to cut my vacation short, horrible location, our car’s window was broken by locals for fun (they didnt steal anything) when parked outside.
the hotel cleaning staff stole my bag, and when i asked for help from the receptionist she didn’t intend to help at all, claiming its my fault. The rooms walls are very thin, couldn’t sleep because of the snoring in other rooms. There are no electricity in the room for charging my phone, only a usb plug (super old). The cleaning is horrible. The only positive staff are the ones in the restaurant, others are really bad. The hotel is ancient, not like the photos. I don’t recommend.

Its ok for few stays. Good breakfast but unfriendly lady who works there. Meanwhile, I would like to praise her colleague, who was very friendly, helpful, smiling. Unfortunately, it is always the case that one person can spoil the morning or the day. Otherwise, a fine hotel with a reasonable price.

Everything was perfect! We were very happy with our stay in palm beach hotel. Nice quiet spot next to the beach. cheap rooms but at the same time comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also good. The lady at the reception was vey friendly and she helped us with everything. Totally recommend it.

Bad experience with irresponsible / unreliable staff. I made a reservation that was confirmed 2 weeks and 2 days before my trip to Italy. When I arrived, after 22:00, after 10 hours of flight + driving towards Lido di Jesolo, with a 2 years old daughter, the lady at the reception coldly informed me that there is no reservation on my name. After I showed her my confirmed reservation with confirmation number and pin code, she asked me to check if I did not get any feedback from booking com that the reservation is cancelled. I checked and it was cancelled indeed, 6 hours before my arrival, while I was on the plane! "We are sorry to inform you that unfortunately, Hotel Palm Beach informed us that they cannot accommodate you due to an overbooking." - cancelling message sent 6 hours before arrival! I spent more than 2 hours to find another hotel, on spot, for our stay in Lido di Jesolo (checking in after midnight with my 2 years old daughter). Horrible experience to start a vacation. Horrible and careless staff.

Great place to have a vacation with kids. Very nice location, close to the beach, have good pool (big one and two small for kids). Amazing dinners.
