We had a pleasant stay for 1 week at this neat and tidy hotel. A large enough room is equipped with strictly necessary furniture, where the bed was a comfortable one. Also worth mentioning the practical (well planned) bathroom, with everything you need. Above all, the cleanliness should be noted. Everywhere is very clean. A careful and friendly staff offers hospitality and makes you feel like home. In conclusion, this hotel is very satisfying.

treet, beach is a 5minute walk across a shopping street, good places to eat. Very hard and expensive to get too and from airport so book transfer at point of booking. About 90minutes from Venice but easy enough with bus & boat taxi. A bit noisy at night. But is clean and fresh

Town was like a ghost town. Whole town shut down for the winter, barely anything open and those that did, only for a couple of hours. Hotel pool and beach closed (not stated on website). Room was supposedly a superior room, but very basic. Take your own mugs, teaspoons, tea & coffee. Only thin paper cups & 2 sachets provided & no replacements given. Beds (single) were tiny, nearly fell out of them many times! The balcony barely got the sun due to the building opposite and the room was freezing, but no heating available. Breakfast was nice, but food was cold & bread stale - probably due to the lack of people and not being replaced. Booked through Tui, who should not be selling package holidays to a dead town! But told me I should have researched it. I have been before to this town & it is lovely in season, but don’t go if not.

Visited this hotel for daughters birthday. Hotel was spotless in all areas and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of food but could have been a little warmer. I would recommend this hotel and would certainly go back again.

Lovely hotel. All staff really friendly. Special mention has to got to the: - reception staff who were always very helpful. - the lovely cleaner on level 2 who always greeted you with a smile and left our room immaculate. Room always spotless. Great location close to everything and the beach. Great nights sleep and very quiet considering the hotels central location. Thank you for a great stay.

Such a wonderful experience staying at the Eden Hotel! Welcoming, pleasant staff everywhere, from reception to breakfast room, to cleaners. Amazing buffet breakfast, everything you could want! Fantastic location with restaurants, bars and shops right outside your door. Lovely pool area and beach 3 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again

I've spent two weeks in this hotel with my wife and 5 year old son. Personnel: + Very helpful Location: + in the heart of Lido di Jesolo walking area + a lot of restaurants around + 5 min walking distance from the beach - if you arrive by car: only 4 or 5 baggage drop parking places in the front of hotel. This area became prohibited for cars from 8pm (pedestrian only). - parking is from 10 min walking distance from hotel Breakfast: - Monotonous foodstuff every day without any diversity. Wifi: - very slow - It doesn't work very often during a day. Personnel recovers it during 15-30 min after call on the reception. Sleanness of the room: - Floor was not cleaned any time during our stay. Our foot soles became black immediately after shower...((( Terrace was never cleaned too. Air conditioner: - full of dust and you will breathe it (photo attached). - we had two level room. So, first level was cold enough but onto second level was too hot! - air conditioners in corridors was switched off. As result was very hot in corridors.

The Eden Hotel is in an ideal location allowing customers to explore Lido Di Jesolo. Hotel is clean and staff are very helpful. Food in the restaurant is very good quality and I would recommend half board and the restaurant choices are varied and portions sizes are good. Take a beach towel with you as the hotel charges for using them, this is the only negative as everything else at this hotel is very good. I will definitely go back to this hotel.
