The staff is very mean and unpleasant. We waited for hours to get into the rooms and every time we asked them if they would finish soon they were rude towards us. Hotel had problems.. very poor noice isolation, the watter was either to cold or way to hot.. not middle option… I had to take showers in under one minute.. The whole chailing lamp fell off into pieces right in front of the room door just by itself.. the upper child bed on top is not secure, a child in the room above fell off with a lowd bang and screeming .. I was inspired to just take the mattres and put it on the ground and child slept there.. on the other hand it is close to the beach, the food was very good, and the cleaning ladies were very nice to us

Rooms are too small and stink so bad. Windows are so old they almost broke. Food was full od HAIR. This hotel does NOT deserve 3 stars, if I could give this 0 stars I would. Water in the shower has to be turned all the way to cold side to have warm water. In my room, I had a creepy picture of a clown next to my bed. I was in this hotel with a group of people and all of us came home with bug bites(probably bed bugs because we could see that they don't wash sheets too often) after sleeping there and rooms were the only place we could've been bitten at. We are amazed how they can give rooms like this to people. If you come here (which I don't recommend) be ready to come home with some bed bugs. Only good thing was the staff, they were nice, but that does not make anything better...

Stayed at this hotel for one night during a school trip. Highly disappointing. The only good thing about this place was their croissants and the surprisingly, working elevator. The rooms were dirty, allegedly disinfected, however the smell wouldn't approve of that. Smelled like cheap liquor and the closets were borderline falling apart. Beds are harder than the pavement outside the hotel itself. Sheets are barely clean. MORE THAN HALF THE RESIDENTS HAVE BITES ALL OVER THE BODY AFTER SLEEPING THERE. High risk of contracting bed bugs and by the looks of the sinks, probably some disease as well. Friends found hair in the food. The AC is supposedly 7 euros. The doors close suspiciously, they creek a lot and don't close all the way, you can see light emitting from the hallway during the night through the little cracks in the doors.

grumpy and rude staff, inedible, raw food with hair in it, the rooms had wardrobes with holes, other people's underwear found in the room and various insects found around the hotel.

terrible hotel!! dirty and small rooms... unpleasant staff with no desire to work, poor and disgusting food, not to mention the breakfast with hair on the inside of the plate. disgusting experience

The hotel appears quite clean, with scurrilous and rude staff. The food is inedible, we even found hair inside. Not to mention the hotel is full of spiders. Rooms full of holes in the walls and wardrobes.

hotel madison, the ugliest and dirtiest hotel ever seen. I went with the school on an educational trip. there are insects, dust, cockroaches, hair in the dishes, the horrible welcome, useless reception service, disgusting food, tap water (they cheated us by putting the tap water in the bottles passing off the water as drinkable) the unavailable waiters and rude. Needless to say, it was a terrible trip
