Hotel Derby S in Lido di Jesolo

The place is close to the beach and a lot of restaurants near by, which is nice.
But will not come again because of terrible beds at the hotel, and service not good enough.

English: I had promised myself not to leave a negative review for this hotel, limiting myself to writing an email to the establishment where I highlighted both what I liked and what I didn't like (the condescending and rude treatment as I was staying with Smart Box). To my great disappointment, an exchange of emails began where the level got lower and lower, cancelling out the few positive things I had found. So I decided to write mine too. By the way, before writing this review I read the ones present and I must say that they reflect exactly what I had the opportunity to experience in person. Apparently the owner adheres to promotions with Smart Box and then judges the customers who arrive as beggars and treats them as category B. I have read other reviews where the reservation was even rejected. Which also happened to me. They accepted on the second attempt, probably for fear of having problems with Smart Box. Obviously this is the low season period, before 15/5 so with hotel rates absolutely in line with the price I paid. Anyway, if you are unhappy with something, don't expect the owner to intervene to ask you what the problem is and propose a solution. He pretends not to hear and then when you write at the end of your stay he calls you a Keyboard Lion. Dear Mr. Furlan, who boasts of having 4 hotels and of being worth more than your customers because you have your big car parked under the hotel, you must learn that when a customer tells you something, you cannot treat him like a liar or a beggar. And having made money does not always coincide with being a competent professional or being a nice person. If you spent half the time you invested in being arrogant and condescending with me, doing your job you would have gained positive publicity and maybe a direct booking. I have never seen so much lack of style all together in my life. As I write I am having an enlightening conversation with a couple of your dissatisfied former customers. It is truly a well-established modus operandi of yours. Congratulations :-)
