Pensione Seguso in Venice

The building is old, but the location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone, but I had a great time. If I have the opportunity to go to Venice again, I would like to stay at this hotel.

Location is good. Staffs are better. Rooms are great and spacious. Everything is good.

Cute old-timey hotel with nice location
The location is great with easy access to the vaporetti stop Zattere or Accademia. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a hotel with a nostalgic/historic atmosphere, so not for the ones interested in minimalistic modern hotels. They have a small elevator and aircondition which is great.

The only thing to comment on is that the shower appliances were a bit shabby/run down.

But all in all it can give you "A room with a view”-vibes. :)

Charming, authentic little spot. If you like modern, homogenized, soulless hotels, don't stay here. This place is for experiencing Italy and supporting Venice.
A little quirky, but that's the fun part!
The staff was so kind and helpful, they called 3 restaurants to get me a reservation on my first night in.

I was lucky the room I really wanted was available to change to.
The breakfast was okay and there are a few rundown spots in the building but the old charm and helpful staff make up for it!!
Steps from the Alilaguna Zattere stop so not far for luggage. There's even a tiny elevator. 20 min walk to the main tourist square.
