We stayed at this hotel during our stay in Venezia last September. It's a Family hotel.The team were kind and advised on the best way to get to Venice square. Bus and train stations are 3 minutes away from the Hotel. Parking lot available on a first come first serve basis.
Breakfast is poor but very well presented.
AC and wifi available in the rooms.
Rooms are very small but very clean and tidy.
Make sure you bring anti-mosquitos spray when you head to Venice.

The hotel is located close to the bus stop and the train stop so it is easy to get to Venice. Hotel is has decent sized rooms, but no air conditioning.

Very small and smelly room. Breakfast not included. No hot water for shower. Room is very cold as well.

As expected for a two star hotel. Five stars for Ena at the reception. She was so warm and welcoming, gave us all the info we need as it was our first time in Venice. The rooms were cleaned daily. Near bus and tram station.

Terrible hotel. Booked 2 rooms but on arrival the keycard for one room didnt work So we couldnt enter the room. This forced us to find another hotel at 11:45 pm because the phone of this hotel didnt get answered. In the other room the airconditioning was broken So the room is very hot. Room itself is dirty with sticky clothes hangers. The trashbins across the street seem more inviting...

The hotel staff is very cooperative and supportive. The rooms, beds and other facilities are clean. The only problem is that hot water in the bathroom comes after you leave the tap running for 5 - 10 mins. Also one more inconvenience is that they don't have a PayPal payment option. The payment can only be done using credit card in case of advance booking.

If you're looking for something outside of Venice with great access, this is the place to be! Very, very nice staff who knows English and will do anything to accommodate you. Perfect for solo travelers. Bus stops are within a few minutes including a tobacco store to buy your unlimited pass.

This is a highly affordable, well-located hotel near several excellent restaurants and run by friendly staff. The rooms are clean, modern, and air-conditioned. If you're planning a trip to the historic, floating part of venice, it's a great place to stay: the train station is less than a 5 minute walk away, and costs €1.25 to get to Venice St. Lucia station (on the main island). I highly recommend it.
