Hotel molto accogliente, bello e pulito. Belle le strutture e le rifiniture in legno delle stanze. Personale gentile. Ottima qualità del cibo al ristorante e prima colazione.

Ottimo hotel in centro a Fai. Receptionist gentile e disponibile. La camera ed il bagno grandi. Camera con mobili in legno antichi e letto a baldacchino.

The heated swimming pool is very nice to spend the afternoons in peace after the morning walks! Nice idea of ​​the arcade but should be kept cleaner and broken games eliminated. Good breakfast. Very quick dinner thanks to the orders made the night before, abundant and refined.

The property is welcoming and comfortable, very clean and with helpful and friendly staff. There is a beautiful garden with games for children, a gym and a wellness center, plus the food is good. We had a very good time.

I stayed a week with my family in this structure in Fai della Paganella, an excellent location a stone's throw from the ski lifts. Professional service from all the staff, very careful to meet our needs. Spacious rooms, impeccable dinner, good breakfast, wellness area with beautiful indoor pool and outdoor area with games. Perfect structure for families with children. Recommended
