In the center of San Martino di Castrozza.... Convenient for everything! Very cute and well-kept. Very spacious apartment with a breathtaking view... as is the entire town right under the Pale di Castrozza. BEAUTIFUL! Excellent reception, always ready to help and advise! I'd love to go back tomorrow! 🤣

This was our first time in the mountains for the Christmas holiday, and we had a wonderful time. The apartment in the centre of town was beautiful and we had everything necessary for our short stay of 5 days.
The breakfast on a trolley, which was outside our room at 7.30, was abundant, fresh and varied. We even received a Panettone on Christmas Day. It was much more relaxing to have breakfast in our room instead of having to get dressed and have it in a breakfast room. One thing that would have been useful was to have some coffee capsules in the room when we first arrived so we could use the coffee machine the first day, but everything else was great such as slippers in the bathroom, home-made biscuits on our arrival and an enormous fridgefreezer.
Thanks Giulia for making our stay relaxing and memorable. Hope to see you again soon.
Happy New Year to all the staff.

Weekend at Castel Madonna with our kids. We woke up wonderfully to a view of the Pale di San Martino and breakfast in our room. What can I say? Wow, what an enchanting place! Thank you so much to Giulia for her kindness and helpfulness!

Unfortunately, despite the fact that the apartments inside the hotel are spacious and look good, the service and responsiveness is of the lowest quality. For the price of €237 per night, we stayed in the cold, because the heat only turned on for 2/3 hours in the evening, it was extremely cold. Plus, in the apartment we had to wear our outdoor shoes, there were no disposable slippers (like what you do after getting out of the shower??). I went down to the reception 4 times, there was no one there. The reception was empty. At check out, same, the reception was empty, We just left the keys and left.

Absolutely superb. Wonderful big suite of rooms, with character. There was even a mini-sauna cubicle. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, highly recommended

It’s a lovely place to stay. Comfortable, spacious apartments, looking exactly like on the house photos, some with two bathrooms which provides a huge comfort for morning preparation to go outside skiing or hiking, they have also saunas, perfect after the cold days outside.
The house is very well positioned in the town center with everything you need being very close, including the skibus stop just at the door.
The town can offer a plenty of places to eat, drink, enjoying coffee and Italian pastry, by the way.
Great views from the apartment windows - you can see some on the accompanied pictures - and no need to mention they are clean, warm, and friendly staff is always helpful. Morning deliveries of some bread at the apartment door are a very pleasant bonus. Strongly recommend!

Every time I pass through the beautiful San Martino di Castrozza I am fascinated by this building that has a long history

Around 1897, a couple of Austrian Lords started the construction of their villa which soon became the annex of the Alpenrose hotel in San Martino.

Located along the main dirt road, it becomes the seat of the San Martino postal and telegraph collection. Burned down during the First World War, the structure was rebuilt in the 1920s and took the name of Hotel Madonna. The new owners, the Scalet family, found in the renovation of the entire building, carried out in 2007, the ancient architectural features, transforming the structure from hotel to residence. A large private villa as it was originally in 1897. Today it has 5 beautiful apartments built according to the principles of bio-architecture made totally hypoallergenic and free from electromagnetic pollution

A perfectly located hotel. Clean, pleasant interior design, sauna in the apartment, daily cleaning. Fresh bread on request in the morning.

Wonderful residence immersed in the landscape of the Pale di San Martino, friendly staff and very willing to meet the needs of customers, beautiful rooms in typical style infuse warmth and serenity .... For those who want a top holiday.
