Excellent service! Will visit again if I come back to Venice!
The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic! !
However, there are some small bugs in the room. It feels that there are really many mosquitoes in Venice.
Location
It was a short walk from St. Mark's Square and on a street with many brands, so the security was good. However, it took quite a while to get there by water bus from Santa Lucia Station. It was very comfortable as it was within walking distance to the tourist attractions.
Service
This may have been the best hotel I've stayed at. They carefully explained the recommended tourist spots and told me how to get there. What surprised me the most was that they prepared breakfast for me so that I could eat it outside when I had to leave without eating breakfast. They also kept my key for me every time. They also carried my luggage to my room.
Room
It's much older than it looks in the photos, and the lights are dim. The necessary parts have been cleaned nicely.
