M14 Hotel & Spa in Padua

Rooms were very small and not clean. You can hear when people walk around. Plus no basic toilet paper holder provided

I don't recommend it because the bed is not comfortable to sleep on; it's just average.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. I specifically booked a room with two single beds, and my reservation confirmation clearly stated this. When we arrived, we were given a room with one double bed instead. We immediately asked for the correct room, but the staff said there were no other rooms available. They made no effort to solve the problem.

Since they couldn’t provide the room we reserved, we asked to cancel the booking and get a refund. They refused, even though we did not stay at the hotel. So now we are being charged for a room we never used, because they failed to deliver what we paid for.

This is completely unacceptable. Very unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Avoid this place if you expect basic respect for your reservation.

Moreover, when I made an evaluation and wrote about my complain on booking, they gave me answers with full of lies. It can be seen from the attachment.

First of all, while I was making a reservation I specifically selected “2 single beds” which can be seen from the confirmation attached.

Secondly, I don’t need to make a seperate request because I selected a “2 single beds” room while I was making a reservation. This is not my responsibility.

Thirdly, your colleauge at the reception offered us a room with people staying in it. He did not make several proposals to solve the problem. He just offered us an other occupied room, which we cannot stay. Therefore, we wanted to cancel our reservation and asked a refund. I am still trying to get my money back.

I am sharing the details of my very bad experience with the photos.

They are still not trying to solve the problem. Instead they are lying again and again.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone – they gave us the wrong room, refused to fix the issue, and charged us even though we didn’t stay.

We had a reservation for 3 nights. When we came at first night they gave us our double room that we already had booked and paid. When we went inside the room ( around 22:30 ) that wasn’t clean. We went to reception and asked to change us room and we showed the dirties at room. Receptionist on duty asked us very sorry about that. After she checked for other room she hasn’t other room to give us. We asked to book for us a same room at another hotel. She asked us if we could sleep just for one night in a SINGLE ROOM with small bed and for the other two nights ahead they going to upgrade us in a deluxe room. We accepted that and she asked us again very sorry about all that. We asked her if she is going to be the next afternoon and she answered us that she not going to be but no worries she will arrange all that she promised with her colleagues. The next morning we left for our job. When we came back at afternoon ( other receptionists at duty ) they gave us the same room like yesterday ( the double not clean ) and siad us that they cleaned it. We told them all the story again and very rude answered us that we have paid a double room and also they don’t have any other rooms and also they spoke with yesterday evening receptionist and she refused that offered us an upgrade if we sleep for one night at single room and that is our room. If we don’t want it we can stay at reception or leave the hotel. At that time we made a reservation though booking for a deluxe room at the same hotel. We paid that through booking. And they didn’t gacr us our room because they didn’t received the confirmation from booking. We gave them the confirmation that already had in our email. After that they asked us to pay for the already paid room. After all that they gave us the room. Very very rude. Tomorrow morning we are going to ask for the manager to fix all that and of course to give out money back. Let’s see what will happened.
