What a wonderful stay we had in Hotel Giulietta E Romeo hotel. I must admit that this was the best value for money and location during our wonderful 14-day tour of Italy. Rooms are desent size with big and very comfortable beds. Cozy pillows, comfy mattresses. I’m very grateful to amazing people who works in reception and restaurant. They made sure our stay is going to be pleasant and easy going. Sending huge thanks and best wishes to my lucky star Judith who told me about great event in Arena - concert of Umberto Tozzi! Beautiful Andressa from reception helped me to book last 2 tickets and we were over the moon at that night! I want to thank as well super man Gianmaria for his hospitality and great help! I will Definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues! Miss you guys you made my stay very special, I felt very welcomed!

The location was perfect, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and landmarks. The staff was very friendly, and helpful- went above and beyond helping us find our camera that we left behind. Would definitely stay here again given the opportunity!

This place is Beautiful! Very clean, excellent location, staff is so friendly.
My room was so big, had the Giulietta room. Highly recommended if you have kids, it was as big as an apartment. Loved it.
Breakfast was lovely, natural juices stole my heart ❤️.

Walls are thin could hear the person in the room next to ours snoring but otherwise this was a fabulous hotel in a convenient location for a reasonable price. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Terrace was pleasant even though it didn’t have any type of view.

Awesome location to get around Verona and explore. The staff was great and had plenty of suggestions for the best of the city. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Everything was very clean and new. The only con was the size of the room. Had to get creative with our luggage and where to put it so we had room to walk around the bed.

The house is low and the hygiene is average. It can only be considered a guesthouse, not a hotel.

This hotel I would gladly give 5 stars but trip.com messed up my booking terribly. Instead of giving me a twin room, we were given an extra small room! We checked with the front desk again and they printed out a copy of the confirmation that ******* (instead of trip.com) booked that small room. We were frustrated and disappointed but what caused us furious was the customer service from trip.com asked us to find a new hotel and move at 11pm!! How unprofessional and irresponsible.. I had to spend hours to talk/call with them to resolve my issues. Initially they denied their mistake but after I shared the proof of booking from the hotel, they changed 180.
