The staff is super friendly and always greet us with smiles. Helpin us with check-in and photo taking. The room is spacious and cozy. One thing can improve is about the emergency exit sign. It is too bright. In brief, we will come again.

The hotel's all-inclusive meals were great, and the service was excellent too.

Good onsan and good western- style room. Both breakfast and dinner are excellent!

Staff are very sincere and helpful.The room is modern and extremely comfortable.

Quiet onsen accommodation with excellent service. Easy to reach with free shuttle bus service. Staff spoke enough English for communication. It's a boutique onsen experience with huge room and attached private onsen (spring water). Highly recommended.

When I booked, I confirmed the number of guests, gender, and age, but they provided all male yukatas with two pairs of women's slippers! Dinner service was very slow, so much so that I had to rush them.

The hotel's breakfast and dinner were delicious, the service was great, and the environment was clean. It also has a private family hot spring.

This was my second visit since 2017, and it was just as wonderful! It was a hot spring trip with my mom, and everything was excellent from the start. We stayed in the annex, and they moved our luggage for both check-in and check-out, which was incredibly convenient. What really stood out was how they carried our heavy suitcases instead of just dragging them. The main bathhouse was fantastic, of course...

Plenty of parking available, and the staff were incredibly attentive. A soak in the hot spring each night ensured a wonderful sleep. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the surroundings are quiet, elegant, and peaceful, truly allowing for a relaxing holiday.

It was a bit of a walk from the station, and finding the entrance was a little tricky, but the staff took a group photo with us during check-in and were very friendly, so it felt like a good start! My parents loved it. I'd love to go again if I get the chance. The staff are incredibly friendly.

The environment was great, the food was delicious, and everything was perfect. It was also a great way to enjoy the outdoor family hot springs with your partner or spouse. If the weather is nice in the evening, you can even see the stars.

The ryokan is not up to the expectation as what google review or trip.com ratings. Suite is quite old and smelly. Onsen area have cob webs. The family onsen is not like ig picture standard with lots of insects and a gecko. Food nevertheless is ok.

The hotel is large but old. Reviews mentioned guests could use the heating for free during certain periods, but that wasn't the case; it was charged for all times! The breakfast was plentiful! The service was... well, let's just say it was a bit lacking.

The kaiseki was delicious, and I came with my mom. She praised the staff for being incredibly friendly. There were outdoor and indoor baths, so we chose whichever. The accommodations were clean and nice.

The service is first-class. Although the environment is old, it is well maintained. There are indoor and outdoor private baths, which are very comfortable. As for the two meals, the dinner is eight points overall and tastes very good. The breakfast is completely unacceptable and there is no way to eat it.

I brought my mother. There are reviews saying that the facilities are old, but I liked it :) The staff is friendly, the hot spring temperature is just right, and it's clean. Next time, I want to come back with my mother and sister's family. I'll rest well and go. Thank you ^^
