Very ideal location — just a 3-minute walk from Shinkansen Shin-Fuji Station. The staff were helpful and friendly, able to answer all our questions using a language translator device

Mount Fuji is right outside the window. The facilities are comprehensive, the transportation is convenient, and it offers great value for money.

Basic but clean and well maintained. 3 beds is perfect for our family of 4 to stay together. Location is fine since we are driving, perhaps a bit far if using public transit. donki and old town is nearby

It was a wonderful 4- night stay which came with great brekkie. Free parking, coin laundry, onsen and with a great sight of Mount Fuji. Will definitely choose this hotel if I come around the area

The room is spacious and the reception staff is nice. The bathroom and the toilet is separated, the public bathroom is relaxing, breakfast is delicious.

This is hands down the best hotel in Fuji City. It's our preferred choice, especially when we go on 3-night golf trips with friends

Cons: • Heavy Smoke Odor: Despite the good room facilities, the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming in both rooms. We couldn't change rooms, resulting in a headache and a sore throat the next morning

Consistency is key for me. Clean functional very convenient location next to station, minutes from Aeon Shopping mall, and 7-11 round the corner. Staff are professional and polite. Free welcome drinks between 6-8pm.

The Hotel was literally at the train station Fujinomiya! Very convenient!! Unfortunately it was rainy and cloudy so we did not see Mount Fuji :(( so we went to the Museum instead, only 10min by foot from the Hotel👌🏻(only thing to be careful of: there is rooms for smokers and non-smokers, I accidentally booked the smokers room and had a really hard time because of the smell😓

Upon arrival it was 1pm and hotel offered to store our baggage so that we can head out to have lunch, the check in time was 3pm onwards and that day there was a scheduled power outage

The hotel is really close to the subway station, and from my room window, I had a perfect view of Mount Fuji! There are tons of great restaurants nearby, all within a few dozen steps

We are going to Mt Fuji so chose this hotel which is have the best value with both stay and the public onsen. The service staff is polite and welcoming although not good command in English

Booked a room, standard as in Japan, small but cosy. Nicely organised for time slot, and good policies for not wasting food. Although food variety re not as compared, but local Japanese food

Amazing Mount Fuji views right from the window! The hotel is next to the city hall, about a 20-minute walk from the Dream Bridge. Convenience stores are a bit of a walk, about five or six minutes away

The bathroom was tiny, but the service was good. I actually think this is one of the better hotels in Fuji. They even have an observation deck on the 4th floor of the south building with a distant view of Mount Fuji

Very cozy and clean hotel. The room offer a Mount Fuji view, although small but comfy. Location is near the train station hence plenty of food choice. Free parking and plenty of lots. Price is also reasonable.

Simple and quiet perfection Very easy to find on foot from Fuji City Station, and close to great restaurants and supermarkets, this little hostel was truly wonderful! The house is small but really comfortable and beautiful, with a kitchen, living room, and a garden with a hammock

The room with the bunk beds was perfect. You immediately feel at home, and even more! And Kazu is really nice, welcoming, and gives good advice. I was able to borrow a bike right away

Also the atmosphere in the hostel was so peaceful and quiet but everyone was also very friendly. There are convenience stores and supermarkets. Fuji viewing points around (I walked but you can borrow the bikes they have)

The rest of the common areas (fully usable kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, lounging area) were very clean and cozy but spacious. There are a lot of card games, books, drawing pads, video games in the common spaces

Finally, the owner, Kazu and the rest of the staff (I only got Mako's name, who checked me in, but there was another sweet staff member whose name I forgot to ask) are warm, welcoming, helpful, and so kind

Amazing stay! I highly recommend this hostel I had an absolutely amazing time at Nasubi. The hostel is about a 12 min walk from Fuji station and quite easy to get to. I stayed in a mixed dorm for 3 nights
