Although it is an old building, it is a satisfactory hotel for a few nights. Be sure to check out the amenities corner in front of the elevator on the first floor. You will want everything, including extra pillows and pajamas. There is only one small pillow in the room and no pajamas. Slippers are in the closet, but they are reusable, not disposable. There are disposable toilet seat covers in the bathroom though which I thought was interesting. There was a notice on the desk not to use multiple high-voltage devices at the same time. In the elevator, it was stated that the building currently uses a unified air conditioner and that guests cannot operate it. However, my room had its own air conditioner. The location is good, it is clean and quiet. It was a great deal.

Close to the bar district and Matsumoto Station, making it easy to access.
It felt clean.

The outside looks a little beatup, but the rooms are very clean, and the staff are very polite. The only reason I removed a star was because of the annoying bathroom design. The door is about a foot off the ground so you have to step up to get in. Very strange and awkward design.

It's a 5 star 3 star hotel.

Stayed they're last night. I can't fault it. At that price itit w very good. It's about 3min from the station, the fun Street with all the bars and restaurants is nearby, the staff were helpful and kind. They even let me store my bag there the morning after while I went sightseeing.

It was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, there's a small bath, climate control, TV and the receptionist lent me a usb cable.

A night staff is very kind and helpful that a reason to give three stars (Stayed in 2016.) Very close to a station. 711 near by. Needed Google Map to find this hotel.

A very basic business hotel with no real amenities. The location is good but the parking is expensive. All in all, if you want a cheap stay, this is the place but I would go a step up.

Good location close to the Matsumoto train station and to downtown. Cozy clean room easy to sleep.
