・It's conveniently located near the station and Matsumoto Castle, as well as other tourist attractions.
・There are plenty of amenities, including face wash and lotion, which is great.

Neither good nor bad, just a standard business hotel.

No one was at the front desk during check-in.

Carpet is seasoned and old rug smell. Bed are normal the usual. Amenities and bathroom standard japanese hotel no complain. Good for budget stay includes limited carparks 5mins walk away.

The reception staff were very friendly and did her best to communicate in English. Thank you! Parking is available, facilities are adequate, and overall it was a satisfying stay.

Very convenient location, minutes walk to Matsumoto Station and convenient store was right around the corner. We were given a smoking room but the hotel provide us with a smoke treatment device which cleaned the room quite welll. The room is compact but had all the necessities that we needed.

Very poor quality of the bed. Spent 40 minutes looking for the hotels parking in the dark. Small breakfast

The hotel is showing its age. Furniture is dated & the beds were VERY hard. There was a Big step up into the bathroom from the room which is difficult if your a senior like my wife & I. The front office staff were friendly and helpful.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Very near 7-11 and walking distance 10min from the castle. Staff is courteous and helpful

Hotel building is very old, the walls in the room are yellowish. Quite a distance away from Matsumoto Station.
