Standard Toyoko inn. It isn't good location wise, since it is located north from the station and the bulk of Mishima is south. There's no way you can walk through the station, you have to pay 150 yen cash or take a 20-minute detour around the station. However, there's a great and cheap sushi restaurant in the northern part of the station, so make sure to go there if you choose this hotel.
Check out was at 10 a.m. instead of usual 11 a.m. and we had several stressful minutes when called by staff at 10.15. They demanded we pay extra for 'late check-out'. Didn't have to pay after all, perhaps they decided they didn't want to argue with stupid foreigners...
Breakfast wasn't good, too few options.

Free shuttle bus from the hotel to Mishima South Station. The Room was clean and have big window glass facing the carpark and Mishima Station.

I stayed here only 1 night.
Hotel staff was very kind, check-in via machine also easy. Breakfast was good too.
Overall are good and would recommended this hotel when you are in Mishima.

The location of this apartment hotel is excellent. It is very close to the Shinkansen station and within easy walking distance, which made our travel very convenient. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful, and pleasant. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Highly, highly recommended! It includes breakfast and a free shuttle service. The room was quite spacious for Japan; we opted for a twin room.
Location: Just a 5-minute walk from Mishima North Exit.
There's also a shuttle service to the South Exit, which takes about 5 minutes; otherwise, it's a 20-minute walk.

Toyoko Inn Mishima is superior to the one we stayed at in Shinjuku. In addition to the usual breakfast on the second floor, they also offer delicious bread and coffee on the first floor. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are quite new, and the staff are very warm and friendly. The hotel also boasts views of Mount Fuji and is very close to Mishima Station. The value for money is unbeatable.

So glad I chose to stay in Mishima instead of Atami. It's less crowded, has convenient transportation, and is very peaceful. The Toyoko Inn chain's service and convenience are always excellent. I had a very pleasant three-night stay here. Plus, the views of Mount Fuji from around here are just as good as those from Kawaguchiko.

Very satisfied and really loved it, exceeded my expectations. This is a perfect chain hotel. The room was clean and hygienic, and the slippers were good quality and comfortable to wear. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the menu changed daily. The hotel is located at the north exit of the station, which isn't as lively as the south exit, but there's a 7-Eleven not far to the left of the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The hotel's free shuttle bus is convenient and punctual. Plus, hotels of this brand are generally located not far from subway and JR stations! When I come back to Mount Fuji in the summer, I plan to stay at this brand's hotel for one night in Kawaguchiko and two nights at the Mishima Station branch, so I can slowly explore Kawaguchiko and Yamanakako! It also makes day trips to Gotemba and Hakone easy!

Toyoko Inn is perfect for business trips or extended stays, and I've stayed there many times. This time I was alone, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the breakfast is truly substantial. It has a simple, clean Japanese style. Overall, it's great value for money and a reliable place to stay.

Close to Mishima sky walk and close to some local restaurants, I got the premium room which was facing Mt Fuji luckily I got a glimpse of him early morning.
