Shizutetsu Hotel Prezio Numazu is hands down one of the best value hotels I’ve stayed at. The breakfast is awesome — a great way to start the day! The staff are incredibly polite and made the whole stay even more enjoyable. Clean, comfortable, and affordable. If you’re visiting Numazu, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend!

Clean, spacious rooms, and beautiful, well-appointed bathroom with modern conveniences, laid out with traditional Japanese purity and hygiene. Spotless towels, clean sheets, artistically arranged soft pillows add to the look. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to make us feel welcome, with Mr Egawa personally helping welcome us, and Mr Jivan going out of his way to assist us with a problem we had. I am sorry that we are leaving tomorrow. I would have loved to continue staying here for some more days. It's a wonderfully hospitable place, and I would love to come back again.
Thank you.

Great location! Lots of food around and a great matcha cafe nearby. There is also public transportation really close as well. The hotel itself is very clean and staff were so friendly. Room is spacious compared to a lot of other Japanese hotels. Price is very good for what it’s worth. Everything is very modern as well, I think they just renovated not too long ago. From my window can also see Mt Fuji.

This is our second stay at Numazu’s Prezio Hotel. If you’re used to major city hotels in Japan, this hotel offers relatively bigger rooms and a big clean bathroom (shower next to the bathtub). Service is impeccable; when you do not require room cleaning, they leave all the amenities/bath towels outside your room. They even prepared kids room slippers and toothbrush for our three young boys! Breakfast is more suitable for locals unless you have a washoku palette. We thoroughly enjoy the food as it tastes like Japanese home-cooked meals with the Aji hiraki. Value for money and short drive to the local port and other attractions. Many eateries nearby with a few convenience stores located around the hotel. The staff are very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the company of the kitchen staff. Thank you for having us and we hope to see you again soon Shizutetsu Hotel Prezio Numazu! 大変お世話になりました。

It was a very nice hotel.
There was no large public bath, but the bathroom attached to the room was large and relaxing.
You could also choose your breakfast, which was nice because you could choose what you wanted to eat at the time.

I like that the bathroom and toilet are separate. It's clean and comfortable. It's close to the station so you can use it with peace of mind. It's a shame that the ladies' floor is no longer available.

The room is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and the shower has great water pressure.
It's close to the station and there are convenience stores and restaurants so you won't have any inconveniences.
It's also great for women that amenities are provided.

The staff were very kind, and the facilities and building itself were clean, so I was very satisfied with my stay.
I stayed on the 8th floor, and could see Mt. Fuji beyond Mt. Aitaka from the window.
I think that there are some rooms where you can't see it, though.
For breakfast, you could choose between Japanese and Western for the main course, and the rest was a buffet style. It was delicious.
The room I stayed in this time had a separate bathroom and toilet, and the bath had a bathtub where I could stretch my legs out and relax.
I would like to stay here again when I come to Numazu.
