In the morning, there was a malfunction with the equipment, making it impossible to leave my car. They explained that I would be charged a taxi later and asked me to come pick it up later. When I finished running errands and went to pick up my car, they told me that they could not cover highway tolls. They didn't ask me where I was going, and I wasn't told that highway tolls were not covered. The staff member who handled the situation didn't seem sorry at all and acted as if it was the only thing they knew. It took me an extra three hours to get home to go back and pick up my car. A mechanical malfunction is unavoidable, but I am dissatisfied with the way they handled the problem afterwards.
It's not a matter of the price. I'm dissatisfied with the way they handled the problem without any remorse.
I was so shocked I didn't even feel like getting angry.
I will never use this service again.
