The hostel was clean but the bed were really small, during the night it was really hot and absolutely no place to put your stuff so you need to keep everything in your bed. You have to pay to have a towel but shampoo and body soap are available. Internet is good and the location is convenient. At the end of the day it’s complicated to sleep but for few nights it’s okay especially for the price.

I stayed here during the F1 period and was really happy with how affordable it was. The location is a bit of a walk from Kanayama Station, but there's a FamilyMart nearby! I was a little bummed that there wasn't a fridge in the room, but for the price, I figured it was to be expected. The only noise I heard was people walking in the hallway, which was great because I couldn't hear any noise from other rooms!

The hotel has a great location, making it very convenient for getting around and accessing nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The cleanliness of the room could be improved. The floor didn’t feel properly cleaned, as it felt like there were small particles, when walking barefoot. The soundproofing is quite poor. Noise from outside the room and neighboring rooms can be easily heard.

Passable, but front staff communication could be better
The front staff said that I can settle my payment online through Trip.com, or through cash. When I asked her how can I pay online, she basically said, "I don't know". LOL! Then why offer the option to pay online if in the end you can only pay in cash?
When I asked if they have a coin laundry, she said they don't have one but there is one 2 minutes walk away. When I asked the name of that coin laundry since it doesn't appear on Google, she just said "コインランドリー、洗濯、ドライヤー. "Coin Laundry, Washing Machine, Dryer". Lol! She doesn't even know the name. I had to find it myself.

Pros: owner is friendly, self service amenities, comfortable beddings, family room has access to balcony.
Cons: only stairs from ground to L1 (check in). Lift only reaches L5 when family room is L6.
The biggest con is that the 2x family room shares a SINGLE TOILET. Aside from this - we enjoyed the stay.

Good hotel in convenient location. It was nice that they had traditional Japanese room. 
They have luggage storage, which is nice.
We stayed at 6th be, but the elevator was going till 5th floor so keep in mind in case stairs are a problem

Not expensive hotel with less than 10 minutes access to subway and airport train. Quick, no problem check-in. Quality/price ratio did meet my explications

The location of the hotel is good and convenient, only 8-10 minutes walk from the Kamayama train station. My room was clean and AC was strong. The reception was friendly and helpful!
However, we did not notice it was shared bathroom and toilet when making hotel reservation. Also no elevator above the 5th floor, families with stroller and big luggage may need to pay attention^^
