We were a family of four (two adults, two children) and stayed one night, then went to Shinhotaka, and then returned for another night. The hotel was kind enough to store our luggage in between stays, which was incredibly convenient! On the second night, I accidentally booked the wrong room, but the hotel upgraded us for free, which was really appreciated!

Good location easy access to Sakae area.
Cleanliness and facilities better.

Even with the holiday premium, the hotel was very clean and offered great value for money. It was my first time trying a hotel without daily housekeeping, but they still came to collect towels and trash, which I found perfectly adequate.

Located on an upper floor, this place doesn't quite feel like a traditional hotel. The multi-story parking garage was a bit inconvenient, as getting in and out was a hassle. However, there are plenty of convenience stores and eateries nearby, and it's only a 15-minute walk to Parco. The room had an odd angled layout, which was a bit strange. On the plus side, the service was good. Since there was only an escalator going up to the front desk, it was difficult to bring luggage down. The front desk staff impressively changed the elevator's direction for me – that was some seriously amazing service! 😅

I booked this hotel last minute, and it's quite close to the commercial center, about a 10-minute walk. It's a great spot for dining, drinking, and shopping. The only downside is that there's no elevator going down, which could be a hassle if you have luggage.
