This is the second hotel of the same brand I've stayed at in Japan. Both twin rooms are around 20 square meters. This one is newly renovated, so it has a more modern style.
The front desk staff are from Southeast Asia, and their manager is an older Japanese gentleman, but his English is perfectly fine.
If you're staying multiple nights, they don't clean your room. You need to put any towels you want replaced, and your trash bin, outside your door yourself.
It's right next door to Tokyu Stay, and there's a 24-hour drug store nearby.
Given the location and the price, I highly recommend it.

Good day! Would just like to commend that my family had a great stay at Best western Plus Nagoya Sakae

I need a big favor if you don’t mind please? Can you help pls check with Best Western housekeeping if they happen to see a pink make up pouch with make up inside it all colored lavender? These are my precious make ups huhuhu . I think I left them under the sink area where they usually place the towels

The room was comfortable and well maintained. The hotel’s location was excellent, as it is very close to Oasis 21 and the bus terminal. The airport limousine bus stops at a bus stop conveniently located near the hotel. Overall, this hotel is a good choice.

However, the service provided by the staff at the breakfast restaurant did not fully meet the expectations of a four-star hotel. In addition, the front desk staff appeared to have limited information regarding the Nagoya Lighting Festival.

The overall environment was clean and the hotel's location was good, but it's a very self-service establishment. Room cleaning only happens every three days, so there's really no service to speak of. The air conditioning is central, so you can't adjust the temperature to your liking, and the windows don't open, which made it feel a bit uncomfortable.

Located in the Sakae area, a very popular tourist spot which is convenient and easy to travel around. The hotel room is clean. Although the room size is a bit small but it’s just Japan. The toilet area has no door but just a curtain, need to mind that when making a reservation.

I like the location — it’s only 5 minutes to Sakae Station and 10 minutes to the airport limousine bus terminal (Oasis 21). There are lots of restaurants, 24/7 convenience stores, supermarkets, and even tax-free shops where you can find almost everything you need.
From NGO Airport, you can take the limousine bus and get off at the Nagoya Tokyu Hotel stop — it’s just a 1-minute walk to the hotel. However, when going back to the airport, you need to take the bus from Oasis 21. If you have a lot of luggage, I recommend walking on the street instead of using the subway route.
The staff are generally good, but some are not very nice.

Stayed with BWH for nights.

Pros: The location is great. Only approx. 5 minutes walk to Sakae Station. There are many restaurants to go to. Convenience shops like Lawson and 7 eleven are just across the road. The double room itself is spacious by Japanese standards (as in the photo). Cleanness is superior. The hotel does routine daily cleaning services including replacing slippers and towels, etc. Almost all amenities are provided at the reception. Must mention that many things like face cleansing gel are from Pola.

Cons: The fridge makes clear noise (even when switched to level 1), so that I have to power off the fridge before sleeping. The soundproofing can be improved. I could hear laughter and natter from the next wall (their large voice did contribute though), especially when the night was very quiet. Another one is the small chair on the corner. It kept preventing me from accessing the window side of the bed. Should've chosen a better place to place it.

The location is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and English communication was seamless throughout our stay. The hotel breakfast was quite refined, and our room was clean, tidy, and quiet. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent hotel. Its location is super convenient, and being newly renovated, it's spotlessly clean. It also offers great value for money. The surrounding area is perfect for strolling, eating, and shopping, with most establishments in the Rong business district reachable within about 10 minutes on foot.
