Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite good. The location isn't too far from the subway station, but finding the entrance with luggage for the first time required a bit of a detour, which was a minor inconvenience. There's an Ichiran Ramen nearby, so finding food was very easy. What I particularly liked was the excellent soundproofing; despite being near the elevator, I barely heard any rolling luggage or footsteps, which made for a good night's rest. The room size isn't huge; a double room was just right for one person, but it would feel a bit cramped for two. All in all, it's still a worthwhile option to consider.

The location is decent, a little far from Nagoya Station, but I can live with it. This was my first time staying at this chain, and I'd definitely consider it again. The front desk has a great selection of amenities. The only downside is the room size, but that's typical for Japanese hotels, so it's tolerable. There's a seafood market nearby with fruits, seafood, and sushi, but I didn't get a chance to try it this time. I'll definitely check it out on my next visit! 😉 One last thing to note: the windows in the room can't be opened by guests; you have to ask the front desk to do it with a special tool.

Fantastic location, good food nearby, and Misodo downstairs is a plus. Generally room cleaning is good, but better cleaning of the washers? Will still recommend.

The location is very good, near Nagoya train station, many good restaurants nearby and many popular retail brands within walking distance eg Donki, Uniqlo, Daiso etc.

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Nagoya Station, so the location is pretty good. The room facilities are complete, clean, and tidy. Breakfast is at the cafe downstairs, just a donut and coffee, which is a bit too simple.

Although the room is quite small, the room is very clean and well equipped. Just got to adjust abit and you will find space haha I love how they offer all the toiletries at the lobby! Super convenient location with food and convenience stores downstairs/nearby. Few mins walk from Nagoya stations with all the malls side by side. You can even walk underground (mister donut direction).

Having stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Osaka-Kitahama before and loving the room and breakfast, I canceled my other bookings and specifically chose to stay here for 4 consecutive nights.

The hotel is very close to Nagoya Station, making it incredibly convenient for JR lines, Shinkansen, and Meitetsu. We had connecting rooms, which was great for looking after the elderly. Everything was wonderful, until breakfast...

Breakfast was American donuts, literally just donuts. The breakfast voucher included an Egg McMuffin + a donut + a coffee (or black tea). This is really not suitable as a proper breakfast and simply can't compare to the buffet breakfast at Osaka-Kitahama.

Everything else was great, it was just the breakfast that was a letdown. I'd recommend booking a room without breakfast.

Very convenient location. The room I stayed at looks outdated and dirty though, no laudromat in the hotel. Fridge is not working. Decent breakfast.

Great place near the subway lines. Aircon is a bit old cannot go lower temp, the room smells like a smoking room though they said it is a non smoking room. Two blocks away from the JR Nagoya Station above ground.

Super convenient location! Comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly. The bus terminal and underground shopping streets are just downstairs. JR station and department stores are just next to the hotel. A good place to stay in Nagoya, especially if you will go to shopping outlet, Takayama, Shirakawa-go, Kanazawa, etc.
