The front desk service was attentive, and the food was excellent too! Nice!!! This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Mount Fuji
Great hotel with great scenery and very friendly and helpful staff. But the transportation is limited, suggest to rent a can if you plan to go there.
Very nice mount Fuji view and onsen facility. Room space is big and gorgeous hotel. Like it and definitely will stay the hotel again.
Highly recommend! You can soak in the hot springs while gazing at the stars, moon, and Mount Fuji. The sky is so clear, and the views are absolutely unbeatable
The hotel provides a shuttle bus service for transfers up and down the mountain, and there's a small convenience store on-site. The room features a twin bed along with a Japanese-style tatami mat
Being able to soak in the hot springs while enjoying Mount Fuji is a fantastic experience! It would be even better if the hotel facilities could be updated a bit more

Great stay! The room was spotless and very tidy, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing – super satisfied. The staff were all really warm and proactive, and their English was good, which made communication easy
The buffet dinner wasn't anything special, though the fruit was quite good. It's a bit of a distance to Fuji-Q Highland and Lake Kawaguchiko if you're coming from abroad, taking about an hour by bus
We were lucky enough to have a view of Mount Fuji from our room, which my friends absolutely loved for taking photos. The front desk staff spoke good English, so communication was seamless
Right outside the hotel is Lake Yamanaka, which is quieter and more affordable than Lake Kawaguchiko
Plus, there are plenty of restaurants around that stay open late, so you don't have to worry about finding food at night. This means there's no real need to book dinner with your stay
The surroundings are beautiful, with Lake Yamanaka and Mount Fuji being stunning.

I have
Had the best stay at Marriott, from check in to check out, from front staff to restaurant, they all very friendly and helpful! outstanding service!
Hotel facilities are great too, love the outdoor hot spring with snowing view
This property offers outstanding value for money, with a prime location that makes exploring easy. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall experience
Facilities are well-maintained, featuring beautiful gardens and efficient housekeeping, although the amenities could use some improvement. Wi-Fi is reliable, making it easy to stay connected during your visit
We loved the room and it was very big and comfortable and the mattress was excellent. The hotel is very clean and friendly. Service is very good and especially to the front desk executive Mr Yuta
Since I was only staying for one night, I didn’t request a room change. Another area for improvement is that the staff could be more proactive in assisting guests with their baggage upon arrival
I stayed one night at Fuji Marriott Hotel Lake Yamanaka and really enjoyed the beautiful view of Mount Fuji from my room. The breakfast was very nice with a good variety of food

Lovely garden and views of mt Fuji
The advantage was that the room was spacious, with plenty of room! The entire room and bathroom were clean and tidy! The downside was that the young Japanese staff member at the breakfast restaurant was extremely rude
This time we were on a self-driving trip. There were 4 of us, and we rented 2 rooms. The rooms were very spacious, and the front desk staff were extremely polite. It took about 25 minutes to drive to eat
The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel completely at ease from check-in to check-out. The location is also very convenient, whether for sightseeing or coordinating with a chauffeured tour
He stood there glaring at us, practically forcing us to leave the restaurant by 9 AM! Honestly, I understand needing to leave on time, but this staff member didn't understand that guests don't constantly check their watches while eating breakfast! Our table was completely cleared except for a coffee paper cup, and we hadn't even gotten up to leave yet when that staff member rudely announced that they...
My stay here truly exceeded my expectations! ✨
As soon as I walked in, I was soothed by the whole atmosphere. The space was quiet and elegant, completely unlike being in the city center

From Fujisan station, if you want the easy route to the hotel a taxi is about Y4000. Baths were nice (both indoor and open air) along with a sauna
From the welcome maple muffin and brown rice hot tea, to the lovely anniversary note in the room, the staffed welcomed us in as if they welcomed us home. The room has an incredible view of mt Fuji
In addition, the sauna and the relaxation space afterward were absolutely fantastic!
Yamanaka Lake is not as popular compared to Lake Kawaguchi, however, I would say, “It’s worth coming here just for this
From the instructional iPad, to light optional changes, sauna, and onsen
I stayed in a suite room with a sauna that offered a view of Mt. The room itself was very stylish, but the view was truly impressive
Lovely place, serenity amidst solitude. Loved both the indoor and the outdoor onsens. The lake view was refreshing, the mountain was on the opposite side though. Has a Denny’s right next to it for a quick meal

The accommodation is in a very beautiful and quiet location, a calmer area than Kawaguchiko. We were unlucky, as the weather was bad for both days, so we didn't get to see Mount Fuji
When you reserve a slot, it becomes your private bath, complete with a shower area and a small indoor tub. They also provide a full range of amenities, including cleansing oil and facial wash
We booked room 102 with a garden, and we were so lucky to see a clear view of Mount Fuji on our first day! It was truly amazing to see it from our room
The only minor inconvenience was that you have to reserve a time slot for bathing. There are two private onsen rooms outside the guest rooms
We could even see Mount Fuji from our room! The only minor drawback was that the shared bathhouse required reservations and each slot was only 40 minutes, which felt a bit rushed
This place is very close to Lake Yamanaka, and its off-street location makes it very quiet. If you're driving, you'll need to set your GPS to Yamanakako Post Office

This wasn't an issue though, as it was rarely crowded, allowing us to use it privately during off-peak times. Both meals provided were incredibly generous and delicious
A very satisfying stop on my trip, Lake Yamanaka! Perfect scenery, excellent accommodations, and excellent meals. I highly recommend booking breakfast and dinner here
The place was kept relatively clean, though some minor hygiene issues are perhaps to be expected in a guesthouse setting. There was no hot water upstairs for washing, so we needed to use the communal shower downstairs
We arrived late in the evening, and did not have time for the hotel dinner, so he himself offered to take (and took) us to a cafe 2 km from the hotel. Also, the rest of the hotel staff was polite
Another plus is the location of the hotel: it is in the center, next to a bus stop, bike rental, and a beach with boats, swans, and an excellent location for a selfie with Fuji in the background
You won't find a better hotel near Lake Yamanaka. We got an authentic room in traditional Japanese style with a view of a small forest and a hotel pond with fish

I like to try staying at new places but would happily (and most probably will) stay at Lakepia Angel again. That would give me the opportunity to try the food, which I didn't experience this time
I love Yamanakako and have stayed around the lake 5 or 6 times over the past 4 years and at various different places. For me and my needs, this was the best place that I have stayed at so far
The only problem is that the room only has a wash basin and mirror (only cold water, and the temperature outside was about 14 degrees on the day of the stay). There is no toilet or bathroom
Next to the Yamanaka Lake, it's too expensive. The hot spring pool is a bit small, but everything else is fine. This is the most expensive one in this Japan trip, 1100+rmb
Reasonably-priced, with a great, lake-side location (and Fuji-san views behind) and easy (walkable) access to restaurants and convenience stores (7-11 is the nearest)
The toilet is shared by the floor (basement and 2nd floor), and the bathroom is shared in the underground hot spring area. There are only 2 showers for men

She provided helpful information about the surroundings, and both the dinner and breakfast were excellent. The breathtaking view of Mount Fuji over Lake Yamanaka added to the overall experience
Rooms are big and very comfortable
Just amazing
My friends and I stayed here for one night during what was supposed to be the peak time for Sakura in Lake Yamanakako. This place did not disappoint despite the Sakura being shy
I thought I had to make a reservation to use the large public bath, but I was able to use it normally. However, the two hair dryers had very weak airflow, and one of them only blew cold air
Beautiful spacious rooms with the most gracious hosts and incredible views of Mount Fuji! Loved every moment staying there. On arriving the hosts provided delicious fruits and sushi as refreshments
The complimentary breakfast buffet included keema curry, salad, bread, fruit, and other items, and was very delicious. When the supplies ran low, the staff frequently replenished them

The room was large, dinner was included and was traditional Japanese, the food was very good, the tempura was freshly fried and very tasty. The price of accommodation is really affordable, recommended! 👍👍
Very cost-effective, suitable for business travel
The staff are friendly and quick to respond to any requests you may have during your stay. Overall, Qingxi Yamanakako Hotel is a hotel that values coexistence with nature and provides warm accommodation for tourists
The accommodation is good, but if you don't have a private car, it will be a bit difficult to travel. The hotel and staff are friendly. If you want to eat food, you have to make a reservation
Overall it was a very good experience. Check-in was supposed to end at 22:00, but because I called in advance to inform them of my late arrival, the front desk waited until 23:00. Please ignore my messy luggage
The room is large, which should be an advantage, but it has become a disadvantage here because the heating of an air conditioner is not enough to cover such a large room, and the insulation is not good

Both dinner and breakfast are delicious and voluminous at the level where white rice advances. It's easy because both the mother and sister of the inn talk to Frank gently
Room is clean, breakfast is yummy, no glass provides for cleaning teeth, limited time washing, not convenience if many families
The location was very close the hirano beach where you can get a good view of mount fuji during sunrise
The dinner prepared by the owner was incredibly delicious and satisfying! They also offer bicycle rentals for 1500 JPY per day. The bikes were easy to pedal, though not electric-assisted, and it was a great experience
this hotel is nice and good.
location is good and easy to find
This place is very close to Hirano Beach, and there's a bus stop and a 7-Eleven just a few minutes' walk away. The room was clean and tidy, bigger than it looked in the pictures, and the heating was excellent

After visiting other two pension, guesthouse with similar price setting, I have to say that this was the best. Very clean everywhere, comfortable private room, convenient dining space, with so reasonable a price setting.
The location is not recommend for walking to, if you drive a car it will be perfect (free parking)
Some may say it looks old, but to me I would say it looks vintage and classic you couldn't find in the city
It's OK. The scenery is OK. It's a bit far from the street, which makes it a bit troublesome to get on and off. It's more suitable for people with cars.
It's has very cosy feel local Japanese Ryokan(BB) style and we love it. Not luxury, not to expensive but suitable if you looking for Ryokan in Fuji Mt
Awesome, traditional Japanese room
A very nice, traditional Japanese room. With a beautiful view.
Very charming hotel, we loved everything about it. The view is incredible, highly recommend.

This is a diamond in the rough. It’s a bit out of the way; but if you plan ahead, it’s fantastic. I wanted an “authentic experience”,
and this is as legit as you can get
This is the contryside; don’t expect “modern amenities”. Get a cab or plan your bus rides. They do have WiFi, but the old school charm, is irresistible
Correctly "Shuzanso" in Japanese. Cozy atmosphere with delicious dinner and hot spring.
Lovely hotel, very friendly helpful staff, great food, excellent onsen
We drove from Tokyo to the hotel and got these amazing views. Good services and they tried to help you with English translator app. The prices inclusive of dinner and breakfast, ensure you be on time!
Nice resort, clean and big room. Good onsen and delicious meal. Reasonable price. Free parking.
