Very nice mount Fuji view and onsen facility. Room space is big and gorgeous hotel. Like it and definitely will stay the hotel again.

Highly recommend! You can soak in the hot springs while gazing at the stars, moon, and Mount Fuji. The sky is so clear, and the views are absolutely unbeatable. The front desk service was attentive, and the food was excellent too! Nice!!! This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Mount Fuji.

The hotel is beautiful, but its location on the mountain makes transportation a bit inconvenient. Luckily, the hotel offers a shuttle service. Just make sure you take the bus to Lake Yamanakako (Fuji Hotel Entrance) station and call for a pick-up from the 7-Eleven. Don't go to the wrong bus stop like we did, it delayed us for quite a while!

The hotel room is spacious, amenities provided such as toothbrush, comb, cotton pads and cotton buds. They also provide greentea powder and oolong tea bag. This hotel also has a hotspring. Everything was great, except for the bed being too soft. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. The Japanese-style pajamas were a lovely touch and made for a new memory. This trip to Japan was also very enjoyable. By the way, the service was excellent! 👍

This time we were on a self-driving trip. There were 4 of us, and we rented 2 rooms. The rooms were very spacious, and the front desk staff were extremely polite. It took about 25 minutes to drive to eat. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The room was clean and the duvet was very warm, and the electric heater worked well. The shared bathroom had a small hot tub, which was fantastic! I had it all to myself when I used it, which was a real treat. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, and again, I had the dining room all to myself!

Overall, it was very comfortable. It must have been below zero outside that day, but the room wasn't cold at all. All the rooms now have air conditioning, so there's no kerosene smell as some might have experienced before. The only minor drawback is the limited snack options. We stayed in hotel mifuji to watch the ice candle festival that was held yesterday Feb 22, 2026. We were supposed to stay for one night but because of the hospitality of the receptionist and also the hotel has a pool table that my partner liked, we extended for 1 more night. This hotel at the foot of Mount Fuji was absolutely stunning! The room faced Mount Fuji directly, and opening the curtains in the morning revealed a breathtaking view of the "upside-down Fuji." It is convenient to drive by yourself. The staff is friendly. I originally chose the view of Mount Fuji, but I couldn't see Mount Fuji due to the snow. However, I saw a deer walking around in front of the window. The breakfast and dinner are acceptable to me. It is very close to Lake Yamanaka. I will definitely come next time.

We booked a mountain view room. When we opened the window, we could see a forest. We could barely see Mount Fuji through the gaps in the forest, so we didn't really need to worry about the mountain view or anything else. The quilt looked old, but it was still clean. There is a free hot spring, the pool is not big, and it is on the second floor.

It is located in a quiet villa area, but you can get there by paved road from National Route 413. When I tell you I had the stay of a lifetime here I mean it! I am pretty well travelled too. Everything from check in to check out was impeccable! The place was kept relatively clean, though some minor hygiene issues are perhaps to be expected in a guesthouse setting. There was no hot water upstairs for washing, so we needed to use the communal shower downstairs. Geographical location: Not very convenient, but the hotel has an open-air parking lot, which is suitable for self-driving tours. Hotel environment: clean, no odor in the room. There is a hot spring that is only open at night, you must try it.

The accommodation is good, but if you don't have a private car, it will be a bit difficult to travel. The hotel and staff are friendly. If you want to eat food, you have to make a reservation. Dinner in that area closes a bit early.

Great place in the middle of yamanakako - ok if you have a car but might be tricky to come via public transport. Amenities wise they have a common area with table tennis tables and a onsen. they also let you rent bicycles to go cycling around the lake. Rooms were spacious and great for big groups. The location was very close the hirano beach where you can get a good view of mount fuji during sunrise. The only gripe was that during winter there is only 1 shared bathroom which means males and females have allocated shower times. The host were very friendly.

We stayed with the smelt experience plan. There was a smelt shop just a minute's walk away, which was convenient. We only stayed overnight, but there were other shops within walking distance, so it was convenient. The bath was reasonably spacious, and since there was only one other guest, they gave us the bath to use privately.
