Receptionist just keep looking without any response but i know their eye was following, and i heard them reporting of what i was doing, felt a bit uncomfortable Until i was failed in doing check in finally they came in to help, other than that hotel was good overall

Nice and clean. Transit and shopping mall are close by. But the room had no closet to hang up the clothes.

Location was good, not overly loud location, but there did not seem to be effective elevators nor laundry services for the size of this hotel. There are only 7 washer/dryer combo units for a building with 14 floors! The walls are also thin and you can hear every knock from your neighbors. I don't think our room was vacuumed before we checked in.

The hotel is just across the Hiroshima station. So you can easily access to anywhere by tram, metro or train. The room was very clean and they provided all the supplies such as toothbrush, paste, etc everyday. The people at the reservation desk were very helpful when doing check-in through the machines. If I planned another trip to Hiroshima, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

Overall, this is a good hotel. Rooms and hard products in general are dated but they’re kept clean. Service is good. The location isn’t very convenient besides the Miyajima ferry service departing from the hotel but most rooms come with a view. Their public path isn’t free (free for me as a platinum member) and isn’t big enough. I tried a couple of restaurants on site and they were good as well.

We had the best stay ever in this hotel with its sumptuous breakfast buffet offering Hiroshimas’ food delicacies and has variety of food selection from Japanese to western style food menu. The hotel's location is great; just around the corner is the 袋町 (Fukuro-machi) tram stop. It's a 5-minute walk to Hon-dori Street and only 10 minutes to the Atomic Bomb Dome. There are plenty of convenient options for dining and shopping nearby. While the room isn't huge, it has everything you need, and the Wi-Fi is fast. Plus, there's a public bath on the second floor, which is a nice bonus.

The breakfast was excellent! They had fried oysters, grilled oysters, and Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki – so much food that you wouldn't feel hungry for most of the day. It's also an easy 8-minute walk to the World Heritage Sea Route ferry terminal. The front desk staff spoke fluent English.

Lovely stay in Hiroshima. It’s only a few stops away from the main train station and offers breakfast for free in the main floor (7-10am) which was very convenient. The rooms felt spacious after tokyo and the beds were confortable. Recommendable if you are staying more than one night or plan on having a late night around nakaregawa dori.

Excellent location. Excellent service, especially the staff offers help when my daughter feels sick during the trip. The room is not big, but well-equipped and clean. It’s connected to the main station and Level 2’s exit gets you to the Shinkansen. It is a wonderful hotel with all required amenities and a great bed to sleep on. If you have back issues, this is the place!

The size of the room offered is different from the information provided in your website and it is far below from expectations. After many rounds of complain, the hotel offered another room on the third night. Very disappointed with the hotel.

I had a great stay at Hotel Granvia Hiroshima. The location is excellent, directly connected to Hiroshima Station, which made traveling extremely convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. After all, it's a high-end IHG hotel, so the facilities are very complete. Although the room isn't huge, it has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. Conveniently link to Okayama Station, just a short walk that pass through level 2 area and link bridge to the hotel. The room is quite spacious with separate vanity and toilet area. The bed is comfortable and we rested quite well.

This is a very modern hotel. The entrance was a bit hidden, haha. It's close to all the main attractions, within walking distance or a short tram ride. Shukkei-en Garden is just over ten minutes away, Hiroshima Castle fifteen minutes. The Atomic Bomb Dome is also about sixteen to seventeen minutes away. Had basically zero complaints, room was clean and didn’t feel dated. Seemed good value for cost. Showers a bit awkward for people who are tall (6’3+) as I accidentally hit my head on the roof once but it was was not really an issue.

First time staying in Toyoko Inn. It’s a cozy hotel that feels like home. The location isn’t ideal for sightseeing in Hiroshima. It's near the station, but going back and forth gets tiring and the streetcars are very slow. For business stays though, it’s great. There’s a large 24/7 Lawson next door with food and anything you might need.

We stayed at Toyoko Inn Hiroshima Station Shinkansenguchi 2 for six nights. Unfortunately, due to an error by our agent, we were assigned a smoking room. Despite the hotel having over 270+ rooms and us clearly explaining our sensitivity to smoke, the staff were unable to move us to a non-smoking room unless we changed rooms four separate times during our stay — which was disappointing and impractical...

It was very clean and comfortable. The elevator also requires a key card to operate, so the security was excellent.

The location is great for visiting Heiwa Kōen (Peace Park) and for sightseeing around the city, and the price is also very reasonable. I noticed that many of the guests were from overseas. While there's a public bath, it was smaller than I expected. Also, it would be nice if the welcome drink service started a bit earlier.

Your typical hotel for the price range. Stayed for two nights for a trip. Room was average size for this type of hotel and clean. Had no problems with noise or wi-fi. I liked the retro style. Breakfast buffet was generous and staff was polite. There are a bus stop and a tram stop nearby.

One of my favourite hotels this trip. It's older and has a 1950's Europe vibe, but they've leaned into that and maintained old style fixtures, so its very cute. The service and room was excellent. The hotel staffed helped me with the bus timetable to Tadanoumi and also helped me reserve a seat to Hiroshima on their shuttle bus. This hotel was recommended by a friend who stayed here about 8 months ago and I’m glad I took their advice as the hotel and staff were excellent! 5 stars!
