Nice and clean. Transit and shopping mall are close by. But the room had no closet to hang up the clothes.

Location was good, not overly loud location, but there did not seem to be effective elevators nor laundry services for the size of this hotel. There are only 7 washer/dryer combo units for a building with 14 floors! The walls are also thin and you can hear every knock from your neighbors. I don't think our room was vacuumed before we checked in.

The hotel is just across the Hiroshima station. So you can easily access to anywhere by tram, metro or train. The room was very clean and they provided all the supplies such as toothbrush, paste, etc everyday. The people at the reservation desk were very helpful when doing check-in through the machines. If I planned another trip to Hiroshima, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

Overall, this is a good hotel. Rooms and hard products in general are dated but they’re kept clean. Service is good. The location isn’t very convenient besides the Miyajima ferry service departing from the hotel but most rooms come with a view. Their public path isn’t free (free for me as a platinum member) and isn’t big enough. I tried a couple of restaurants on site and they were good as well.

It’s connected to the main station and Level 2’s exit gets you to the Shinkansen. It is a wonderful hotel with all required amenities and a great bed to sleep on. If you have back issues, this is the place!

The size of the room offered is different from the information provided in your website and it is far below from expectations. After many rounds of complain, the hotel offered another room on the third night. Very disappointed with the hotel.

I had a great stay at Hotel Granvia Hiroshima. The location is excellent, directly connected to Hiroshima Station, which made traveling extremely convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was perfect for me as a solo traveller. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Room was very clean I enjoyed the complimentary drinks and amazing view in the lounge. I will stay here again next time.

We had a nice one-night stay. The room had noticeable dust so could be cleaner, but other than that it was a good experience. All the necessary amenities provided, there also is a guest lounge with snacks.

Stayed at this chain in Fukuoka four times and have never been disappointed, my first stay at their Hiroshima location and I'm happy to say I found it also to be very good. It will certainly be on my list again next time.

The location is nice, close to Peace Memorial Park and a shopping arcade. And there are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Location Wa perfect for food and attractions. But the hotel should reconsider their restrictions on access to free coffee, tea and water. It should be available to guests throughout the day and not just between 2pm and 9pm. Umbrellas should also be provided to guests as a goodwill gesture and not as a rental considering the cost of staying in the hotel per night isn’t that cheap.

Getting to the hotel from Hiroshima Station was a breeze! Just hop on a bus for 240 yen, get off at Shira jinja-mae, and it's a five-minute walk from there. Super convenient. We had the best stay ever in this hotel with its sumptuous breakfast buffet offering Hiroshimas’ food delicacies and has variety of food selection from Japanese to western style food menu. The best location and accessible and walking distance to many places like shopping district and Atomic Bomb Dome.

Great hotel with a good location and also very affordable

After all, it's a high-end IHG hotel, so the facilities are very complete. Although the room isn't huge, it has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. There are many 24-hour convenience stores nearby, and it's also very convenient for dining and business meals. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. If I travel to Changdao again for business, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

Lovely stay in Hiroshima. It’s only a few stops away from the main train station and offers breakfast for free in the main floor (7-10am) which was very convenient. The rooms felt spacious after tokyo and the beds were confortable. Recommendable if you are staying more than one night or plan on having a late night around nakaregawa dori.

Location-wise good and especially like the breakfast that hotel provide . Scone, bread and the cream butter are yummy.

Great location. This was a room connected to the King room that we also booked. Would have been spacious if there wasn't an extra bed that we requested for a third guest. If staying for three people, a Deluxe King room would be more spacious. I would book this again if I return to hiroshima!

Stayed here during a mid-February trip and the location is its greatest strength. Being directly connected to JR Hiroshima Station via the pedestrian bridge was a lifesaver, especially since we were traveling with several large suitcases. The transportation is incredibly convenient, with the airport shuttle right downstairs. High-speed rail, subway, and tram stops are all just a 3-5 minute walk away. Shopping and dining at the mall are also very easy. The mall even has a Pokémon Center and a 24-hour supermarket on the second floor. The room facilities are quite new, and the check-in and check-out process at the lobby was excellent.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the JR station to the hotel. Follow the signs for Aeon, go through the underground shopping mall, and exit at the Ximen Pharmacy exit. Used for business purposes. The first parking lot fills up quickly, but there is a third parking lot so a large number of cars can be parked. The rooms are also clean and good. There is no large public bath or hot spring, but the price is cheap so it is not a problem at all. I would like to use it again.

First time staying in Toyoko Inn. It’s a cozy hotel that feels like home. The location isn’t ideal for sightseeing in Hiroshima. It's near the station, but going back and forth gets tiring and the streetcars are very slow. For business stays though, it’s great. There’s a large 24/7 Lawson next door with food and anything you might need.
