Amazing location, was easy to walk from the station and then really close to all the key attractions in the city. Onsen was brilliant and super clean. Staff and service were great.

This is a very modern hotel. The entrance was a bit hidden, haha. It's close to all the main attractions, within walking distance or a short tram ride. Shukkei-en Garden is just over ten minutes away, Hiroshima Castle fifteen minutes. The Atomic Bomb Dome is also about sixteen to seventeen minutes away. Right outside is the Fukuya department store shopping street, and it's less than a ten-minute taxi ride back from Hiroshima Station. Breakfast was a bit limited, but the restaurant with a view was great. The public bath was very comfortable. The washing machines are right next to the public bath. The room was a bit small, but that's pretty standard for Japan. Overall, it's quite good!

Had basically zero complaints, room was clean and didn’t feel dated. Seemed good value for cost. Showers a bit awkward for people who are tall (6’3+) as I accidentally hit my head on the roof once but it was was not really an issue.

The location was very good. I found a blonde hair in my bed which was not my hair color.

Great public bath on the top floor. Great location for public transport, walking distance to the Hiroshima bus station. Rooms are big enough.

This is a very new hotel. As you can see from the map, the hotel is a short walk from Hiroshima Station, close to the city center and a short walk from the bus center. There are not many izakaya in the neighborhood, but if you walk a little, you will have many options. There are plenty of outlets in the room and the lighting is taken into account, so you can sleep with your favorite brightness. It is useful to have a strong fan in the bathroom (because there is no smell). If you feel noise, just turn off the switch. It is also equipped with a refrigerator, it can be turned on and off by the switch. The internal air conditioning is independent for each room and can be set to your preference. It faces the road, but am I the only one who finds this a little confusing? Maybe. The entrance is on the 1st floor, the front lobby is on the 13th floor, it will take a while to check in, but there are 2 elevators so you will not have to wait long. The room key is an IC card. Remember to take it with you when you leave the room. The IC card is required even when going to the elevator. Without an IC card, you can only move to the 1st floor entrance and the 13th floor reception. If you forget your IC card and leave it, you need to move to the 13th floor (because there is no phone in front of each floor and elevator). The large shared bath has a good design, especially its color scheme, and it feels very nice. On the other hand, as mentioned in other people's comments, the "smell" of the shampoo and soap installed in the large shared bath and in my room is very pungent. This smell is not suitable for Japanese people. I think the person who chose this is probably not Japanese. (20211213)

Perfect value for money, perfect located near the key sites and especially also including SPA 😃 we could perfectly relax after long day in the city and prepare for dinner. The breakfast was delicious.
