Self-check-in at the kiosk downstairs. Overall good. There was party noise from the market behind the room, but I was still able to sleep.

The hotel has a great location, close to Otaru Station and Nagasaki-ya, and not far from the canal. The street in front is beautiful, romantic, and wide. The room has a spacious hallway for easy luggage storage, and the bathroom is also large. The air conditioner is excellent for heating and is quiet.

It is not far from Otaru Station and is also not far from the Otaru Canal. Perhaps because it is an annex, there is the inconvenience of having to go to the main building to check your bags if you arrive early on the first day. However, considering the price, the room and bathroom are spacious. There is also a convenience store right near the first floor, which is convenient.

It's a bit far from Otaru Station, about a 7-10 minute walk. It's good value for money. Check-in was entirely self-service, and I didn't see a single staff member (I saw one shoveling snow in the morning, but I don't know if that counts). I don't know about the other rooms, but my room had two problems: the water heater was intermittently hot, and the bed by the window was very cold because the cold...

Everything about this hotel was satisfactory, except for one very important thing: the soundproofing is terrible. I could clearly hear the person next door snoring and talking, which is something I absolutely cannot tolerate. You really need to be careful when choosing a hotel. I only got five hours of sleep here.

Check in/out is unmanned, done via a machine. Enter your name used to book in order to check in and get your key card. Very comfortable stay and access to the places to visit, as well as getting in and out of Otaru.

The hotel is quiet, the room is spacious, clean and has a beautiful view. Forest and mountain view.

The staff was really nice! I was grateful that they were able to accommodate my late check-in! However, there were stink bugs in the room... They have duct tape so if you find any, please wrap them up and throw them away, the front desk told me, and I thought there couldn't be any, but there were two... I heard a buzzing sound coming from the curtains in the morning, so there might have been more....

For better or worse, the staff is hardly involved. It's quite comfortable if you're just staying overnight.

If you're just staying overnight It can't be helped since the building is old, but the walls inside the room seem thin, so you could hear the snoring of the guests in the next room. The sound when you flushed the toilet was surprisingly loud, and the trickling sound continued for hours until the tank was filled, so there were many things that were bothersome. There were no amenities in the room, so...

We really enjoyed the view from our room which faced the rear of the hotel. There is a mountain view and the sound of a stream that runs behind the hotel was very relaxing! The staff was kind and very accommodating.

It was cheap and easy, and everyone at the hotel was kind. There was a time limit written on the reception, but I had no problem returning late at night, so I was able to spend two nights freely. The hot spring bath is located opposite so you have to go outside to use it, but it's only an additional 500 yen so it was fine.

A pearl. First time in Hokkaido and Asarigawa, but hopefully not the last. Location is beautiful, practical for families and local people are very friendly. Thanks to Winkel village team, great memories. Aymen

I really love this winkel village! It's just a short walk to Asarigawaonsen Ski Resort for skiing. We can enjoy BBQs even in winter and the private outdoor onsen right outside the room is a huge bonus for my family. Definitely planning to return! Great value for the money. Note: We took a taxi from Otaru Station to Winkel Village and it cost around 5,000 yen. The price was reasonable too.

This is the first time we tried the Onsen in Japan. I was surprised that my girl loves it. The crew will come to replace the Onsen water everyday. The location is good for ski lovers too.

There is heating and the location is very convenient for travel!

I was a little nervous when I booked this hotel. I was worried that the outdoor hot spring would be cold and that the transportation would be inconvenient.
