Clean and tidy room, with good amenities. With friendly staff
The onsen and saunna are good, but the hotel location is far from station.
It was a good night for me and I had a great time.
Great stay ❤️ friendly environment ❤️ convenience shop & metro/ train station just few minutes away
location isn't too bad with walking distance of ~10-15 mins to Osaka main station, Quite residential neighborhood and grab snacks at the closest metro station before heading back hotel would save you the additional trip as the convenience store is ~ 5 mins away. love the staffs as they are very nice and helpful. the outdoor spa is bit small but clean. I will sure come back to enjoy this hidden gem...
This room are so nice and extremely clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly . Their smile is a real plus point ! Love their onsen facilities and sauna too ! Though breakfast is a bento set the selection is nice . Can heat it up with microwave in the room . I also Love the onsen and sauna , nothing beat a nice and relaxing treat after a day walk . There isn’t much food around but if u walk...

First hotel once touched down in Osaka. It was great as they allow early check in which is so so grateful and thankful for after a long flight due to long layover time. The staff is friendly and nice. But there’s one disturbing thing is every morning around 7/8/9 am, there will be door banging constantly and I assumed it’s the cleaning process which need to open some kind of room constantly. It was...
The room was very small, but as a solo traveller you only need a bed and toilet. They have a kitchen area for if you are bringing any kombini foods back to the hotel which was useful. The staff was very friendly when checking in and I was able to use their coin locker after check out. The location of the hotel is the best part, walking distance to central and there is a metro station right around the...
Nice room at a convenient location near train station and many eating options! Great for short stay
Everything felt great! There were a lot of international travelers around, I assume. I stumbled into a street full of Izakayas while looking for a place to eat – it was quite novel. I might not have adapted well to that street in an unfamiliar environment, but overall, it was excellent! It's very close to Dobutsuen-mae Station, the room was clean, and there was enough space for luggage. Just a heads...
The room is small but enough for one person. The surrounding transportation is convenient. The soundproofing is average; once I could hear snoring from the next room at night. The Wi-Fi signal is unstable. Housekeeping is provided once for a four-day continuous stay.
Excellent! It's clean, and the service is great. Plus, it includes breakfast, which is better than some other places. Definitely good value for money! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The location is super convenient! It's close to a subway station, and there are convenience stores, restaurants, and drugstores right nearby. Plus, it's a pretty short walk to Shinsaibashi. The service was just okay, though.
For this price point and location, I'm extremely satisfied! The facilities are complete, and they even have a humidifier and a microwave, so you can heat up cold food. The hotel is quiet, but the elevator doesn't require a key card, so those concerned about safety might want to consider that. If I have the chance, I'd choose this place again next time! (They said there would be a tax, but there wasn...
The hotel was good and I like their bento breakfast. However, they should have luggage storag. But still the stay was good
This was my second time staying here on a business trip from Tokyo to Osaka, and this experience was truly… hard to describe. During check-in, I used the self-service machine. Since it was an online booking, it wouldn't issue a receipt, but the screen showed an option to enter a name for the receipt. I decided to try it anyway and continued inputting the information. A staff member at the front desk...
The facilities are old and dusty. There were also unknown liquids on the duvet cover. The air conditioning was very noisy. The only good thing was its proximity to Shinsaibashi, which made getting around convenient.

The best thing about it is that the reception is open 24 hours a day. The transportation is surprisingly convenient. The nearest station is not too far away, so it might be good for long-term stays.
Spacious clean room with nice bathroom. Located opposite a tram stop and about 15 minutes from Sakai Station with direct trains to Namba Station and Kansai airport. So great location.
The bed was spacious, but the space between it and the desk was narrow, so I don't think I needed a chair.
It is close to Kansai International Airport, so it is a recommended place for overnight transfers to Osaka.
I always stay at this hotel. There are no major issues, but I think it would be nice if they had a VOD service where you can watch movies, etc. like other hotels.
It was about a 20-minute walk from Sakai Station, but even though it was my first time there, I didn't get lost at all and arrived quite quickly. You pick up the amenities yourself next to the reception desk. The room felt like a regular business hotel, and since I was just staying there, I didn't have any high expectations.

Strategic location, near to station
Good location which near to JR Shin-Osaka East Exit. However, the room is too small for a family of 3. Limited space for luggages and everything. Overall is acceptable.
Average room, convenient transportation, average breakfast.
I stayed at this hotel with my colleague for a business trip to Japan. The hotel is conveniently located right in front of Shin-Osaka Station, just one traffic light away. It's definitely the top choice for business travelers.
Super Convenient, only 3 mins walk to Shin Osaka station. Great for solo trip!
Stay for 2 nights here and quite satisfied with their service and room conditions. We were arrive by 11:30 AM and the staff allowed us to check-in the room though it supposed to be 2 PM. The location is just 2 minutes walk to shin-osaka station which very convenient. There is also familymart nearby! definitely will stay here again when I comeback to osaka. Thank you!

I travel Osaka alone. The hotel provides Onsen facilities. Which is good for after a long walk. Capable of solo travel
I traveled alone this time and chose this hotel. The location is excellent; from Namba Exit 13, you take the elevator directly to the third floor where the front desk is. There are two self-check-in machines, and you can select Chinese for a smooth check-in process. You can check in after 5 PM, but you can store your luggage and they'll give you a numbered tag. Both the third and fourth floors are...
Hotel is situated around dubious establishments - slot machines and there was some girls in skimpy clothes squatting around the back alley. But it is very conveniently located near shopping areas.
As someone who has stayed in many capsule hotels, this one stands out as the best for size, value, and amenities. • Location: Perfect. Right next to Exit 13 of Namba Station. It's an easy 5-minute walk to the main station and Takashimaya. • The Room: Surprisingly spacious. Unlike other capsules, there is plenty of room here to actually secure your luggage comfortably. • Amenities: The facilities are...
Very close to Nankai Electric Railway, and it's also convenient for shopping in Shinsaibashi. The front desk offers luggage storage. Although it's a capsule hotel and you can inevitably hear other guests, most people are very considerate, and the private lockers add a good sense of privacy.
Great experience! Much cleaner, safer, and with a hot spring bath than I expected. Definitely worth it. I thought it would be small, but it turned out to be quite spacious. I'd choose this place again if I come back next time.

The location is fantastic, right in the Namba business district. However, that's also where the problems start. If you're booking a room, definitely avoid those ending in 17, 18, or 19. They overlook the bar street below, and you won't get any sleep until at least 2 AM with all the music and loud foreigners. Also, the cover photo on Trip.com for this hotel is misleading. It's not actually what the...
The front service is very polite and friendly. The hotel seems old but very clean. However, the bathroom a bit smelly, might be due to sewer.
This was my first overseas trip with my younger sister, and the hotel's central location made it really easy to get around! The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly too.
Hotel is nearby dotonbori and Namba station. All are walking distance.
The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's only about a 5-minute walk from Dotonbori, and even at a leisurely pace, it took just 5-10 minutes on foot from the subway station. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly too. I didn't opt for breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The room seemed to have only one chair. There wasn't a proper table for two to sit and eat convenience store snacks...
Ended up not being able to go, and they refused a refund.

First of all, the bed seems bigger than a king size, and the sofa is also very big. Also, if you stay for several nights, they clean it well and the staff explains everything slowly, which is really nice.
It was a clean and beautiful hotel. I want to repeat.
It is only used when using a delivery health service, but in that case the cost is cheap.

Because I have return my bike at 3-4am Onsen timing for guy is 👍 👍 Room size is enough for 1 luggage (I stayed in a 1 room) and that enough for me. (Two night stay in mid-October, 2025; review cross-posted to Agoda.) Like many Japanese hotels, the place is tidy but not that deeply clean, the staff are friendly and unobtrusive but not effusive, and the facilities are a bit old and worn but perfectly serviceable. Superb place! Most amazing location for access to all train lines. Place is great value! I was solo and the room was perfect. Nearby restaurants and night market across the street! Wow The onsen is not good here The place is old, a bit run down. It could use some renovations in some places. I will stay here again for sure
The sanitation is average among the hotels I stayed in Japan. It has all the necessary facilities and the price is affordable.

Location is key! Walking distance to Dotonburi and have plenty of eateries in the vicinity Room is very very small, probably good for a night stay Parking lot is very limited in its surroundings, if you drive big car, probably going to be difficult to get in the narrow roads
Nice clean rooms with good size. Perfect locating as there it's at the end of a street market can grab a small bite to eat from one of the many stalls before heading out into the city. Staff members are very nice with some good English. Room cleaning is at your choice over scheduled days.
If you're looking for a medium -priced hotel, this is a recommended option. The bathroom is small at first, but the next day it will feel really cozy. Hotel Asiato has a not bad Hotdog Buffet. Friendly staff, and it's literally 1 meter to the famous Kuromon Market. Overall, my stay was wonderful!!!
Lovely room, friendly helpful staff always at the desk ready to help. Large market is basically at the front door, lots of food/drink options. Our room had windows that had privacy screens which meant we couldn’t see outside. Breakfast was ok, hot dogs/meat croquettes/scrambled egg - unlimited coffee was great. Nice hotel, in a quiet location near Namba Station. It is convenient to walk to, and nearby to a handful of convenience stores and restaurants. The staff were really kind and courteous, the rooms were small but comfortable. Downside was the shower curtain had a bit of mold on it. Also due to corona prevention, they have suspended the free breakfast for the time being.
Warm, super clean room. cozy bed. not so bad breakfast. the only concern is sometimes there is cracking noise from outside, though not too bothersome. Would visit again, because it's good value for money.

Staff were very nice and location is superb with the train station right outside the hotel. There is another railway line across the street too covering more areas in Osaka.
Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is very clean and in a great location located near the Metro and Shin Imaya train line. For the price I payed I can’t knock the place but be warned that the bathtub is extremely small. Not catered to big foreigners like myself. And the bed is brick hard. Also pray that you’re on a higher floor. I was on the 4th and unfortunately I could hear the train. Couldn’t sleep...
Nothing to write home about. The hotel has surely seen better days. Its very old but i guess it is cheap for Osaka's standard rates. The state were almost on the brink of being rude. No restaurant in the hotel but with a meal tivket you can use the old people's home restaurant with their look warm breakfast or you can nake your own meal at the hotel's tiny kitchen which is open to all guests.
(+) Amazing location. Close to Metro and JR train stations. (+) Convenience stores and shopping area within walking distance. The room isn't huge, but it's very clean and located in a quiet alley, with a great location overall.
The room was bigger than I expected. The service was also great. It's super convenient with shops and restaurants right downstairs. I'd definitely choose this place again if I come back to Japan. Highly recommended! The toiletries were good too, and you can even store your luggage beforehand.
Hotel is located near to Nipponbamshi Station and walking distance to Namba Station to Kansai Airport. It’s my second time staying at this hotel which is conveniently located at all the shopping heartbeat of Osaka. Easy access to F&B places. I will definitely come back to this hotel again in the next season. Although busy outside but it’s silent and comfy inside the room.
The bar downstairs was incredibly noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep. The bed and pillows were very hard. The room itself felt very outdated; you had to manually lock the door with a key. The hygiene in the room was also just okay. The only good things were the central location, which was convenient for shopping, and the abundance of restaurants nearby.
Bit used and depressing, good location, get what you pay for . Amusing chap on reception.

Solid hotel to stay at in Osaka. The mattress is really hard.
Their service is quite bad. The woman at the front desk looked like a mistress and said that the luggage can only be stored until 12 noon. It's really cold. What's the point of storing it here? I told her in Japanese that I want to complain.
The Space is quite big and all of the amenities are good. The location is also good, only 6 minutes or so to the train station, 30 min to Namba. Will come again
It's really good. At first I thought the hotel was so cheap, it would be bad. But it was really pleasantly surprised. It's much bigger than the hotel I booked in Honmachi before. Quite far out in osaka- this was my fault, staff were not very friendly. Room was adequate for price
The bathroom was a bit smaller than expected, but great for the price and a convenient metro ride from everything I wanted to do!

Fantastic value. Traditional Tatami/futon rooms, with minifridge. Free tattoo friendly spa. Full kitchen. Foreigner friendly, many tourist brochures/coupons.
Convenient location near the subway, JR, and Kannai stations. There's an onsen, and the common room has a kitchen. Very convenient, close to Donki.
Good location and value for the money. Nice common area on the ground floor. The room itself is clean, but some of the common areas are not so much (such as the mens bathroom).
The facilities are quite old but still good, and the bathhouse can be used for a long time.
This Hotel may look dodgy from the outside but it’s actually a very nice place to stay in Osaka, it’s very well located. It’s safe. And most importantly has a free Sauna, Public Bath that’s free to use for all the guests.
It's great to have a single room for 100 RMB a day. It's suitable for people who travel on a budget. There is a shared kitchen and restaurant downstairs where you can cook your own meals. The bathroom and shower room are shared. The atmosphere is pretty good. Many American soldiers stay here for a short vacation.

I often stay at this hotel when I go to Osaka. The price is reasonable, but the rooms are nice. Next time I go to Osaka, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.
The location is excellent and it is very convenient to travel. It is just too old, otherwise the price/performance ratio is better. Fortunately, it will be renovated in October this year. Shin-Imamiya, Tennoji subway station and Nankai Electric Railway, JR station are nearby, and there is also a cheap Tamade supermarket and Tobita Shinchi.
This hotel has seen better days. It is pretty worn now. Still, all you might need is here: AC, equipped kitchen, sento bath and sauna, fresh towels and gown, luggage storage, quite friendly staff. I booked a room on short notice, but they were very accommodating. The room was clean, and it was just me and my two high school-aged children. One child slept in the bed, and the other two slept in the loft.
I was glad to find such an affordable place to stay near Esaka Station. Although it's close to the station, the location is relatively quiet, so I was able to spend my nights comfortably.
The room was clean and well-equipped, and it was very close to the subway station. The only downside was the loud noise from the ventilation fan outside the window, which disturbed my sleep at night.
There's even a microwave inside the apartment. And a supermarket right across the street. Very convenient.
The prices were a bit higher because it coincided with the World Expo, but it was still reasonably priced compared to other places, which was great.

The walls of the hallway and the interior of the room were torn or shoddy. The toilet seat was cold. The washlet didn't have hot water.

After checking in, I found the hotel's location to be excellent. It's only a few dozen meters from Exit 8 of Dobutsuen-mae subway station, and about 200m from Shin-Imamiya Station for both JR and Nankai lines. This makes it perfect if you have an Osaka subway pass or a Kansai JR Mini Pass, as you can get from the airport to the hotel by JR or Nankai in under 200m walking. Although the hotel is located...
The hotel is quite clean. However, the bathroom setup is a bit awkward after showering, especially since the door doesn't lock and it's a mixed-gender dorm. The location is a bit far from the JR station, but the front desk staff were very friendly.
It was very good stay there. Very near to metro exit 8. Supermarket is also walking distance from hotel. Only problem is check in time 3:00 PM and check out time 10:AM. Value for money. Room size is small but it is very organised and fair enough
I think it's pretty good. It's simple, inexpensive, and in a great location, right near Tsutenkaku. It's also very close to Shin-Imamiya subway station, which makes getting to the airport easy. Plus, there's Tennoji Park right next to it.
