The location is fantastic, right in the Namba business district. However, that's also where the problems start.

If you're booking a room, definitely avoid those ending in 17, 18, or 19. They overlook the bar street below, and you won't get any sleep until at least 2 AM with all the music and loud foreigners.

Also, the cover photo on Trip.com for this hotel is misleading. It's not actually what the hotel looks like; it's not nearly as grand. It's just a regular chain hotel. The picture is incorrect and deceptive, showing a luxurious hotel a few hundred meters away.

To be fair, everything else is pretty good. The room isn't too small; you can open two suitcases. The bathroom is tiny, though – if you're 1.7 meters tall, you'll hit the wall when sitting on the toilet. Otherwise, no complaints.

The front service is very polite and friendly. The hotel seems old but very clean. However, the bathroom a bit smelly, might be due to sewer.

This was my first overseas trip with my younger sister, and the hotel's central location made it really easy to get around! The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly too.

Hotel is nearby dotonbori and Namba station. All are walking distance.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's only about a 5-minute walk from Dotonbori, and even at a leisurely pace, it took just 5-10 minutes on foot from the subway station. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly too.

I didn't opt for breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The room seemed to have only one chair. There wasn't a proper table for two to sit and eat convenience store snacks, and while there was a fixed vanity table, we ended up using the single chair as our makeshift dining table. ^_^

The bathroom, to me, felt a bit like a compact, pre-fabricated 'bunker' unit. My travel companion and I both had large suitcases (26 and 28 inches), and surprisingly, even though Japanese hotel rooms are notoriously tiny, we had enough space to open both simultaneously!

However, cleanliness was a *major* letdown for me personally. I was quite disgusted to find someone else's forgotten belongings under the bed! Despite my reservations, my friend said she'd 100% revisit.

The hotel location is good and the front desk staff is very friendly, the room space is acceptable only thing is the toilet is a bit small for me.

Cleanliness is great with location that is near to namba station and dotonbori. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There are a few eatery around the hotel but did not try it due to eating at other places. Amenities are not a lot but good enough for us.

I also love the sense of humour when the cleaning staff put the cat doll that we won the other night on our bed 😂
