Hotel Salle de Bain
Kansai region, Osaka, 2 Chome-5-26 Sonezaki, Kita Ward 🧭 Map
The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was great. Always ask them to open the door when you come back; it felt like being served by a butler. The room had a water dispenser and microwave, which was so convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as two convenience stores. It's also very close to the station and department stores. Highly recommended!!!
Facilities: Very complete Cleanliness: Okay Environment: Close to the road, the noise from motorcycles at night makes it impossible to sleep; there are many good restaurants nearby; it's also very close to the subway. Service: The front desk staff are very welcoming and offer luggage storage. The room type includes breakfast, but this hotel doesn't look like what you'd expect, and the door can be opened...
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very accessible. However, the hotel did not allow us to temporarily store/leave our luggages.
The equipment is very complete, and the room is large and very clean. But it should be noted that the room cannot lock the door by itself. You must notify the front desk to open and close the door every time you go out and come back. One of the ladies at the reception was very polite and enthusiastic, but the other receptionist didn't understand English at all, and was very rude and rude. There are...
We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are large by Japanese standards and come well equipped with a microwave, kettle, and mini-fridge. The bed is also large as is the jetted tub. It comes with breakfast that is delivered to your room. The curry with rice and the rice bowl with egg and chicken were our favorites. They had a "western breakfast" that consisted of pancakes, but we weren't sure if...
Regardless of the price, it is worthy of evaluation that there is always a long service time (many stores have different weekend settings). Get out of the fountain square and walk a little south to get there.

Attended a concert at Yanmar. The location was very convenient for walking back and forth.
It's close to the station and there's a convenience store right in front of it, which was nice. However, as soon as I entered the hotel, there was a really strong smell... I didn't want to stay long at the reception desk because I was worried the smell would get on my clothes. The room had some mold in places, but it was tolerable for one night.
Good place becoz very near Station and have Lawson in front of Hotel.
The hotel room is small, but it has everything. It is about a five-minute walk from the Nishidabe subway station, which is very convenient. It is only three stops away from Tennoji Railway Station. Lawson is opposite the hotel, so it is also convenient for shopping. In addition, the hotel beverage machine can be used for unlimited drinking during the stay. The front desk also carefully answered the...
Good service, but the facilities are old and small. I wanted to stay in a non-smoking room but couldn't. The drinks in the vending machine are cheap.
Thank you for your late response

I travel Osaka alone. The hotel provides Onsen facilities. Which is good for after a long walk. Capable of solo travel
I traveled alone this time and chose this hotel. The location is excellent; from Namba Exit 13, you take the elevator directly to the third floor where the front desk is. There are two self-check-in machines, and you can select Chinese for a smooth check-in process. You can check in after 5 PM, but you can store your luggage and they'll give you a numbered tag. Both the third and fourth floors are...
Hotel is situated around dubious establishments - slot machines and there was some girls in skimpy clothes squatting around the back alley. But it is very conveniently located near shopping areas.
As someone who has stayed in many capsule hotels, this one stands out as the best for size, value, and amenities. • Location: Perfect. Right next to Exit 13 of Namba Station. It's an easy 5-minute walk to the main station and Takashimaya. • The Room: Surprisingly spacious. Unlike other capsules, there is plenty of room here to actually secure your luggage comfortably. • Amenities: The facilities are...
Very close to Nankai Electric Railway, and it's also convenient for shopping in Shinsaibashi. The front desk offers luggage storage. Although it's a capsule hotel and you can inevitably hear other guests, most people are very considerate, and the private lockers add a good sense of privacy.
Great experience! Much cleaner, safer, and with a hot spring bath than I expected. Definitely worth it. I thought it would be small, but it turned out to be quite spacious. I'd choose this place again if I come back next time.

The location is fantastic, right in the Namba business district. However, that's also where the problems start. If you're booking a room, definitely avoid those ending in 17, 18, or 19. They overlook the bar street below, and you won't get any sleep until at least 2 AM with all the music and loud foreigners. Also, the cover photo on Trip.com for this hotel is misleading. It's not actually what the...
The front service is very polite and friendly. The hotel seems old but very clean. However, the bathroom a bit smelly, might be due to sewer.
This was my first overseas trip with my younger sister, and the hotel's central location made it really easy to get around! The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly too.
Hotel is nearby dotonbori and Namba station. All are walking distance.
The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's only about a 5-minute walk from Dotonbori, and even at a leisurely pace, it took just 5-10 minutes on foot from the subway station. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly too. I didn't opt for breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The room seemed to have only one chair. There wasn't a proper table for two to sit and eat convenience store snacks...

The access was good and the room was clean. I would definitely like to use it again.
I stayed for about a week and used the washing machine. The Machine said detergent was supplied automatically, but I didn't detect any scent, so I asked the hotel guy to check. He even had someone from the laundry machine repair company come and explain. Apparently, since guests come from many different countries with varying scent preferences, they use unscented detergent. Thank you for accommodating...
Room was good. Not big... but normal for all japanese hotels. A place to sleep. Service is excellent and l9cation is 5 minutes walk from the mall and JR station. When you have te go tp airport, you cam take a taxi (jpy 800) and go to nearest limousine bus stop, across Hilton hotel which is just 5 minutes from the Apa hotel.
Stayed here for a short timeframe about a week or so, I can say that the staff was super helpful and the hotel itself was very well maintained and clean! My room was next to the train tracks and honestly, I didn't hear it at all, and I'm a light sleeper. When I go back this coming up year I'm staying here again without hesitation. Honestly APA has set the standard for me on how a hotel should be managed...
Ask for a room that's not too affected by the noise of train tracks in the evenings and in the early morning. Despite having a room on the 13th floor, I got woken up by trains before 05:00. Earplugs may be a solution if you are not worried about missing your alarm in the morning.
This hotel was about a ten-minute walk from Osaka JR Station, albeit a quite difficult one if you don’t know where you are going. My room was super clean and had everything I needed, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I read complaints about the elevated road right by the hotel, but I didn’t have any problems sleeping. There is also a 7-11 a few steps away.

We went as a family of three, including our child. I didn't know how to check in at first, so I called, but they helped me right away. The size was just right and the price was reasonable, which was helpful. I'd like to use it again.
Location: Very close to Hakhashi Station, but quiet at night, not near main roads or railway tracks; about 100 meters from the famous Korean shantytown, where you can find very good and affordable Korean food. Advantages: A typical guesthouse converted from an old apartment building, offering more spaciousness than hotels in the same price range. Check-out time is also very friendly, allowing for...
The staff spoke Chinese and English well, were easy to communicate with, and were polite and friendly. Luggage storage was available. Location is ideal! Has lockers and baggage storage. Staff is helpful. However, this is beside a train line so could be an issue if you are a light sleeper.
Hotel was functional, serves everything you need for a place to sleep and place your belongings. Like most people in japan, working with a translator would be the way to go if you don’t know a word of japanese.
Very good for this price. Overall clean like Japan standard
There is free hot 💦 and ☕. Air-con remote is dusty. Things looks a bit old. Btw remember to check whether you are booking non-smoking room.
Staff are good and nice. It's ok for this price as they provided. But, that was too bad that the TV HDMI could be used as this price without providing any entertainment apps via the TV and it would be better to let the guests to have their own way. A very nice hotel. Tourists are very welcome. The lobby is clean, the staff are very friendly, and it's also close to the station and convenience stores. This hotel has a fantastic location. It was my first time in Osaka, so I had a hard time deciding where to stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED . We had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Il Cuore Namba, and the staff deserve special recognition for their kindness and professionalism. Very nice hotel and good value for money. The staff is very nice and by Japanese standards the room was quite big. You can easily drop your stuff here in the morning. Very convenient and efficient. The hotel is only a short walk from Namba as well as the river. But it‘s far away so you don’t hear all the buzz and noise.
The hotel itself looks old, but don't be fooled. It is extremely clean and spacious for a hotel in Namba. It is less than a 5-minute walk from Namba station which connects 3 subways and the direct line to the airport. Location is absolutely perfect! The bathroom is also spacious, with the bathtub. Easy to get in and around and to check-in and out. They have public bath style room and private shower at first floor. One has to rent a towel at the front desk or bring its own to use.
A little far off the subway but overall clean place with friendly hotel staff
The surrounding transportation is quite convenient. However, hygiene is a big issue; the smoke smell is extremely strong! The room door was also rusty, I even thought it was a warehouse door. The shower was on the first floor, which… I ended up giving up on showering, it felt even more disgusting.
Great value for money and good privacy, though it doesn't have private bathrooms. There are shared toilets, showers, and a communal bathhouse.
The hotel is located in Nishinari Ward, quite close to the subway station and tourist attractions. However, the surrounding area is a stark contrast to Japan's usual order and cleanliness, with homeless people and trash everywhere. On the bright side, the hotel itself is very clean, and having a police station directly across the street makes it feel safe. The only inconvenience is having to take the...

This is a very large room by Japanese standards. The accommodation was very comfortable. It's conveniently located 1.5 kilometers from the city center.
The environment, price, location and conditions are all good! I will live here when I come to Osaka in the future! It is very close to the Tennoji business district, and you can walk there in about ten minutes, or take a tram.
There are enough air conditioners and the room is quite large for a single square meter in Japan. It has three separations and is super convenient. Although it is next to the railway track, it is not noisy. However, the service is not very good. When cleaning, you have to collect the keys.
The room is spacious and the location is good. The staff is nothing special, we haven’t met them too much…

There is a phrase that we use in the UK - “cheap and cheerful” and “you get what you pay for”. Was the room perfect? No. But was it what I expected from a cheaper room? Yes. There is no elevator so be mindful of this, if you are planning on having large and heavy bags. The room was small and a...
Traveling solo, this place was actually pretty good. I saw a lot of cockroaches outside the hotel at night, but didn't find any inside. The bathroom was okay, though not super clean. Good location close to the station, easy to get to the airport from the hotel.

Very good. The boss is very enthusiastic and will communicate with you using a translator. The location seems remote but it's actually okay. It's not far from the main attractions. The price-performance ratio is excellent.
The hotel seems far from downtown Osaka, but it is very convenient to get there by subway or bus. It is more like a small suite than a single room, and it also comes with a small stove. There are many highly rated ramen shops and coffee shops around the hotel.
I stayed for a total of 2 nights. The tatami-style private room was clean and provided with disposable items and necessities. It was convenient to have a personal washbasin, and the owner kindly explained things I didn't know through a translator. I had breakfast as an extra, and it was very tasty.
