Nice clean rooms with good size. Perfect locating as there it's at the end of a street market can grab a small bite to eat from one of the many stalls before heading out into the city. Staff members are very nice with some good English. Room cleaning is at your choice over scheduled days.

Location is key!
Walking distance to Dotonburi and have plenty of eateries in the vicinity

Room is very very small, probably good for a night stay

Parking lot is very limited in its surroundings, if you drive big car, probably going to be difficult to get in the narrow roads

This was the dirtiest room that we were in during our 3 week trip to Japan. When I moved the bed I found lots of dirt and belongings from previous guests. The bathroom was planes like, so small and smelly. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I wouldn’t repeat the experience, mostly because the bad cleaning.

If you're looking for a medium -priced hotel, this is a recommended option. The bathroom is small at first, but the next day it will feel really cozy. Hotel Asiato has a not bad Hotdog Buffet. Friendly staff, and it's literally 1 meter to the famous Kuromon Market. Overall, my stay was wonderful!!!

Lovely room, friendly helpful staff always at the desk ready to help. Large market is basically at the front door, lots of food/drink options. Our room had windows that had privacy screens which meant we couldn’t see outside. Breakfast was ok, hot dogs/meat croquettes/scrambled egg - unlimited coffee was great. Coin laundry was very useful for us midway in our travel across Japan (400¥ to wash, 100¥ to dry, no detergent required).

Nice hotel, in a quiet location near Namba Station. It is convenient to walk to, and nearby to a handful of convenience stores and restaurants.
The staff were really kind and courteous, the rooms were small but comfortable. Downside was the shower curtain had a bit of mold on it.
Also due to corona prevention, they have suspended the free breakfast for the time being.

Warm, super clean room. cozy bed. not so bad breakfast. the only concern is sometimes there is cracking noise from outside, though not too bothersome. Would visit again, because it's good value for money.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel. The room was very clean and also had extra things such as fabric freshener spray etc. The light breakfast they offer was delicious. The staff are very polite. The price was reasonable and location is convenient as it is right at one of the entrance to kuromon market. Only thing I will mention is that i could not control whether heat or Cool air comes from the ventilation, tried turning down the temperature but it was still blowing hot air so i had to turn it off. I was also not able to open a window.

Great value, nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Good location too. Would recommend.

+ excellent location, right next to kuromon market.
+ Service is great, room is clean, comfortable beds
+ provide breakfast
+ refrigerator
_ the room is tiny, we had to open our luggage on the bed, there's barely space in the room.
